I had checked out the hotel forgetting my Golden ring inside & reached Bangalore, Hotel staff called me after few hours & enquired about the ring. Post my confirmation, they initiated immediate courier. I would like to appreciate house keeping person who is so loyal, for handing over to reception. Special appreciation to the Staff/Manager Mr. Chandraveer for taking the end to end ownership in reaching the ring from Udaipur to Bangalore. I really liked the customer centricity exhibited by whole Shree Kanak team & would like to extend my stay plans whenever my business trip is at Udiapur. Besides, Strongly recommending it since the hotel is clean & well maintained, food was so good.

Excellent hotel with very courteous and helpful staff at the reception, in the restaurant and throughout the hotel. The rooms are well laid out, clean and the amenities superb, including an open air swimming pool on the top floor. The restaurant has a great menu and the food is delicious. Certainly a place I would stay at again

Housekeeping service is very good, Floor Attended girl Ms.Deepika is good voice & very helpful girl, Mr.Kishan & Ms.Manisha F&b Service helpful Boy's and Girl & Excellent work, hotel is good, everything is good no issues, Special for Housekeeping all staff is good nature, nice cleaning....

We had an excellent stay at the Shree kanak Udaipur. The staff really looked after us from the dining experience to the housekeeping and front desk. Exceptional service provided by Chandraveer Singh team and Savita and Bhavna team. They are very polite, professional and have a client centric attitude. They went above and beyond in their can do attitude and did everything with a smile. Thank you so much for everything that you did and you made our stay even more enjoyable. I would like management to appreciate these two ladies and thank you ..

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future ***** with that special gratitude to Surendra and kishan they were amazing
