on arrival i was upgraded to a cottage by manager hanumant ji ….he was extremely courteous….
then we were escorted to room by sukla… very humble behaviour….she told us everything about property and udaipur….and helped us in checkout also
both of these staff are very kind….
i liked the stay because of them

Best play to stay in udaipur, Had a wonderful experience, we have stayed in Premium Tent house, Great Food, Swimming pool was too Good, Awesome evening, NIce Hospitality, Nice bar & food. overall its a perfect place to spend your holidays. The First experience from entrance staff, warm welcome by Kamal which was Awesome.

We had an amazing 3-night stay from 26-29 in room 128. The check-in experience was seamless, thanks to Khushi's clear explanations. Our room was spacious with a lovely view and comfortable amenities. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Special thanks to Sameer and Ujwal, and the entire team for their exceptional service. Nitin Sir, your kindness and playtime with my child made their day. One minor hiccup was the request for extra charges for my kid, but it was promptly resolved when I mentioned my SEB Package. However, I did face a slight issue with my second reservation's complimentary meal, which was denied by the front office. Despite this, our checkout was smooth, and overall, we had a fantastic stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation memorable
