Overall good experience... Room had a good view of City palace and mountains...But room service and housekeeping is poorly manged.. Breakfast quality was also good... Can increase the varities. Apart from breakfast no food service was available during the day time while my stay

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Most friendly and helpful receptionist . Room was clean and Spacious.Food was good and great value for money. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

It is a good hotel situated at the front of city palace Udaipur. Air port is about 30 kilometres from the hotel. Cab can take about 40 minutes from the hotel. Near the hotel many tourists go to Halthy Ghaty, temples etc. Kumbhalgarh fort is also a good place for visit.

Excellent City Palace View from the rooms. Hotel situated opposite City palace gate number 2. 2.5 kms far from railway station. Best hotel for all kind travellers. Garden, Pool and City Palace View rooms available in hotel. Highly recommend for all kind travellers.

Arram Bagh and the Pachar Group is a FRAUD. I paid a deposit to the Group. Once day before, I was informed the hotel is under renovation and they have stopped responding + haven't returned the deposit. PLS DONT GO TO ANY PACHAR GROUP hotel. ASHISH

Let's start with the positives. Clean, spacious room. One of those places where there's just a bunch of small thing which added up to a not-great experience. Some of them not under the hotel's control: nearby thumping electric dance music pulsing til late. People jabbering in the hallways late (though that latter could be addressed by the staff telling them to be considerate of others). No lip between the shower and bathroom floor, so it got wet after showering. Spotty wifi and electricity. Not-comfortable mattress and bad pillows. No heaters in the room.

Bedding is stained. Filthy small carpet put down to hide a hole in the floor. Stained and dirty walls. Little sound isolation from active city street noise. Sheets are synthetic, not cotton. No shower curtain and water goes everywhere in bathroom.
