Had a pleasant staycation overall — the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the ambiance was relaxing. However, there’s definitely room for improvement. The food was just okay, not particularly memorable. The swimming pool water seemed a bit off, as I experienced some eye irritation — it would be great if the pool maintenance could be looked into. With a few upgrades to the food and facilities, this place could truly be a top-notch getaway.

I recently stayed at Bamboosaa Resort to celebrate Mother’s Day, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish! The rooms were very comfortable and well-maintained, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The service was excellent, and I must especially mention the restaurant staff, who were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout our stay. They made sure we felt welcomed and cared for at every moment. A very special thanks to Ms. Monika, who surprised us by sending a delicious cake to our room—it was such a thoughtful gesture and made my mom’s day extra special. She was so happy, and we were genuinely touched by the warmth and attention we received. We really enjoyed every moment at Bamboosaa Resort. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We’ll definitely be back again!

My husband and I came to stay here over the weekend to attend a wedding ceremony. We got one of the Luxury Sajjan Chalets With a Private Pool. Upon check-in, we were attended by the front office staff and the person in charge, I guess, for the wedding. It took us quite some time to settle our check-in. We were then assisted with the cart and luggage to our luxury room. Our view of the luxury chalet was very spacious, big enough for the two of us. We didn’t really use the second floor. We thought that the stairs were very steep, and if we have kids with us, perhaps it's not really safe to go up and down. We also noticed that the floor wasn’t cleaned properly. Plenty of areas of the surface were full of dust. Overall, especially the toilet and the balcony weren’t cleaned properly. The staff who assisted us in carrying luggage and bringing us to our room during check-in and check-out was very attentive. Due to the wedding event, we’re not sure if the regular breakfast offer will be the same. We thought it was very limited to vegetarians only; however, we managed to order some eggs. The area is pretty exposed to the sun, and given the season, it can be challenging to stay outside. Upon check-out, we didn’t have much of a challenge. However, one thing to highlight is that the reception staff can be really aggressive in asking for reviews to share over Google Maps or, in this case, Tripadvisor. They asked us more than 3 times, and even towards the end, the lady asked us to give them reviews on the spot over the video. All of us refused to do so. We thought, let us do it on our own time and not rushed. The stay was okay, definitely, and the wedding was amazing.

Big thanks to Ravi Choudhary for his wonderful service—it made my stay fantastic! Definitely explore the udaipur hotels list with price for some xtreamly choices. Mr Ravi ji is very friendly and supportive with team. He helped us in all our required things without any hesitation. His support was extremely great. We enjoyed with our family in Basil Roof top restaurant. And other services are also great. Great mouthwaring food taste. Helpful staff. Thanks.
