Excellent service by staff Bansi and Dilip, very kind and cooperative. The chef Sohan makes awesome food for all meals . Stay is worth for families with good ambience and park The garden and pool is also good for kids. Room interior needs improvement with near n clean towels n bed sheets etc

Amazing stay enjoyed the property Bar is very good they have offer on beers and drinks on IPL good rooms neat and clean and ambiance is amazing ambiance is very good they have music night also at week end which was very good food is very tasty chef personally come NAD ask for food they give us complimentary drinks also

Food is excellent, Courteous service by serving staff especially Nikhita Chouhan and all. Room neatness to be enhanced. Ambience is good. Location is also very apt and silent and suitable for a vacation

Food was good . Best food service by bherusingh. We ordered chicken curry and chicken masala and must try item. Room were ok ok but food was good. We had dinner near pool area and food was awesome .

Greeat experience . Stafff was polite . Service is goood Nikita was a great support on our weekend gateway, she has been a genius for us to understand how the place operates and what to order if we needed some suggestions, she deserves a promotion and atleast 40% hike on her current package

STAY 10th Mar to 13th March 2023 own experience First give the worst room 107..after discussion give ROOM 308 good room 1-hotel make good but no services from hotel. 2-location not good for families that did not have their own vehicle & resorts emergency pickup drop not available if you need. 3- WARM WATER not available. 4-Water pool so much chilled if anybody uses 30 min possibly vomiting 100%. 5- Every service asked 3-4 times then provided. 6- Reception behavior is dumb. 7- GIVEN TUB IN ROOM BUT WARM WATER NOT AVAILABLE. OVER ALL EXPERIENCE VERY BAD ZERO STAR NOT AVAILABLE IF YES THEN I GIVEN ZERO

We have travelled in the last week of December to Udaipur ***** with my family consisting of my 2 year old daughter, people will always look for good hotel where you find hygiene and security for the entire family however this property is just opposite to your expectation, you will find unhygienic conditions every where in the resort whether it is a room, kitchen , or breakfast area. We have to struggle for everything, they said that it is Wi-Fi enable property however once you reach to this destination you only come to know about there is no Wi-Fi in this property. The Buffet Breakfast was pathetic, we have to ***aged with bread and butter which was the best and safe option. The front desk people were very rude specially the night shift people, if you complained anything or ask for anything they will not respond to it. My overall experience was pathetic just because of this ***agement and staff. They can actually be better if they really wants to be y just taking these things seriously nd work on this.
