Pax Hotel Grand Blue 3 min walk from Udaipur city Railway Station

The hotel and the staffs are very good. The view from rooftop is just wow. Overall comfortable stay

Initially, when we checked into the Hotel at that time the experience was not very good. We felt like we came in Scooter and not in the car so the treatment given to us is different. Apart from that there were some problems in the room allocated to us. But, after that the hotel Manager listens to our queries and provides a great solutions for that. They offered us a Room Upgrade without any extra charge due to some issues which were there in the room. The staff and everyone at the hotel treated us very well. I especially liked the Hospitality shown from Watchmen and Ground Staff. The best part of the hotel is it's just near 1-1.5km from Udaipur Railway Station which is very good. However, the outside area of the hotel is like a residential small society. Thanks to the Manager who allowed late checkout by 1.5 Hour understanding our concern that we get late due to my 2.5 year old son. So, Thank you so much for that. Pros of Hotel: 1) Good Hotel in Budget Stay 2) Near the Railway Station 3) Terrace View of Hotel 4) Pool Cons (Areas for Improvement) 1) Multiple Things are not available which are mentioned in the room while Booking. 2) You have to ask the Staff to provide Dental Kits, Toiletries, Slippers and some more which are already added as things are already included while Booking.
