Stayed for 3 days, lake view room Advantages: near the lake, with independent yard, relatively safe, you can see the lake view Disadvantages: The service is very good on the surface. It is very nice. It cannot be executed on the ground. There are unwashed blood stains on the bed and Xiaoqiang is crawling. As soon as I entered the first room, I found that the light was broken and it kept flashing, and the switch was also faulty. The visitor didn't fix his breath, communicated 3 times, and changed the room. I was very enthusiastic to help with the luggage, but the body odor in the second room was obvious. I opened the window and it took a long time to ventilate. Every time I cleaned and replaced, I was short of things. I had to call for it, but it would be delivered soon. The original mineral water in the hotel is a pink brand called Java. It is recommended not to drink it. When it is boiled, it is full of suspended scales. It is fine if you buy it outside. Check out on the last day. It is 11 o'clock when the reservation is made. The hotel phone reminder is 10:30, and the delay is up to 11:30. The attitude is rather blunt. Looking at the hotel for 7000 rupees a night, the difference between hygiene and details is too big, but the hardware is OK

From check in to check out the experience was above and beyond. The setting is spectacular and the staff here are what make this property so special. For nine days we enjoyed some of the best spa treatments we have ever had and enjoyed the dining experiences here - particularly the Rajasthani options. Our room was a great size with a stunning view of the greenery and the hills. But again...it's the people here. So genuine, welcoming and warm. Too ***y to name all here but here goes...Sushi and Anusha from Housekeeping, Chef Sanket, Bheru, Sandeep, Pratham in the dining outlets, Kanmihor at the pool, Shivangi and all on the Front Desk team, and all others we met. And a big thank you to the GM Mr Amit Singh for the extraordinary care and generosity. We will be back for sure.

In this hot weather we came for a fresh mint drink and end up having Rajasthani dish. Amazing dal bhati choorma with warm hospitality. The view is amazing from this restaurant. Had a lovely time. A must go place when you visit Udaipur. Thanks Kalu Singh, Surinder and Gaurav.

The most beautiful thing I loved about this property is the service of the restaurant . I would love to visit again . Starting from the greetings to the service everything was of top quality. Few names would like to mention who made our stay memorable - Krishna Kezia Bhumika , and Archana . They were one of the best staff at the restaurant. Much love from our side .

A very well maintained and beautiful property which is located in city Centre. The staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lobby area is very beautifully. The seen from Roof Top of lake Pichola is Looking like a WOW. The Design of furniture's are like old heritage. I had gone with my family for tour and we booked Royal Suit , The room is big and neet and clean. The Bathtub is also very Beautifully maintained.

Such a fantastic stay - cannot rate this less than 5 stars. The breakfast was delicious and staff were so attentive. Thank you!
