The rooms were really specials and comfy, we got 2 rooms including one with an incredible view. The decorations of the rooms are amazing. The personal is super nice, kind and competent. The breakfast was excellent. Everything was perfect, we will come back

Located in the highest mountain in thr city of Cappadocia in one of the best Location. The hotel is very nice , clean, comfy . The staff is very welcoming and friendly . The service is excellent and food is just perfect.our whole experience was Amazing And The family has enjoyed every single minute in Rox hotel.

We decided to check out of Rox Capadokya due to the unbearable conditions and lack of proper sleeping arrangements and the airless rooms with no air conditioning or windows. My 14 year-old and 11 year-old daughters were expected to sleep on a small couch called a double bed LOL The room had no air circulation due to no windows there was no air-conditioning Has been a cave room it was extremely claustrophobic, especially with no air circulation. We checked in we notified the staff that the room was not adequate to us and asked if we can change the room and he said the hotel had no availability and he may help tomorrow morning Expecting my children to sleep on single couch on a full price paid room which was very unfair. The manager Furkan refused to refund our money. He insisted that our travel agent should have known that the hotel does not have air-conditioning because it’s stated on their website. However, upon checking, there was no such information available. This was after a long period of arguing and without providing any satisfactory solutions initially. Our experience was terrible, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Images and videos of the room will be attached as evidence of our complaint.
