The host is super warm and always welcome with a smile. It was quite late at night while we were searching for some wine options with snacks; we stumbled upon La Vie rooftop. We got Turkish wine with fresh potato chips and many varieties of dry fruits. It was chilly and the owner was kind enough to provide us some rugs to keep ourselves warm. He had given us some souvenirs too. I would highly recommend this place if you are staying at Uchisar. I think they have great accommodation too (we were not staying here but looking at the arrangements it might be worth a try).

First of all, absolutely fair and just, I have to tell you how I feel.
The hotel is in the highest place in Cappadocia, Uchir Fort. This is the most expensive hotel in Cappadocia. The best location to watch hot air balloons here is not the town of Goreme. The town is convenient for life.
1. I chose this hotel to read the online reviews very well, so I decided to try it. I just started to think that there is no red carpet photo. It seems that I am not particularly surprised. The room is not the kind of full stone special retro. Later, I found out that don’t go to live in that kind of room. Like very special, this hotel room is very large, and there is a terrace and restaurant on the first floor. The net red photos are taken by the restaurant outside.
2. The hotel room is very comfortable, clean, the location is excellent, the service is also very good, that is, it is not to step on the thunder, it is very convenient to buy things next to it, and the location of the scenery is excellent.
3. I don’t know more. I thought about changing to a special room hotel. I only knew what the gap was. I advised everyone not to look at the interior room decoration of the hotel. There was nothing except the room. I couldn’t see the scenery. It’s not clean and small. This hotel room is very big! ! !

Located in Cavusin near the castle. It is quiet. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The bed very comfortable and nice linens. The bathroom was large with a window. The tiles in the shower beautiful. The staff very polite. The breakfast was Turkish style with an omelet. It was very good and served on top where there is a great view of the rose valley. The wifi worked well.

One of the proper hotels to stay in Avanos. Hiilton quality is especially felt in the design of the hotel and the rooms. The size, concept and comfort of the rooms are good; however a bit outdated, a bit of renovation would make it much better. The breakfast is fine. I didn't use the pool and spa but it didn't look bad...

GGuest UserThis place is a gem and the people are the stars! Both Aisha and Fatih made us feel welcomed like family. They always greet us with smile. The welcome drinks and sweets were very much appreciated after a long journey. The room is spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom is also spacious with good hot shower. There are generous free drinks and snack and some to purchase provided in the room. Bed linens are fresh and keep you warm in cold nights. Breakfast is a feast both to the eyes and the appetite. The breakfast room faces the valley over Goreme Town. The location is superb, within 5 minutes to the Uchisar Castle and also offers many interesting alley ways to get more of the view of the valley and access to some abandoned caves that are definitely photo worthy. There are plenty eateries nearby and also souvenir shops and travel agents. I highly recommend My Cave La Maison du Reve to other travellers.

RRashimWe checked in super late because our plane from Istanbul got delayed heavily, they let us stay till 15:00 because we didn't have any sleep. And our balloon trip was at 04:30. We came back 08:00 and had breakfast at 9. The best breakfast I ever had in a hotel. The facilities are amazing. Free water, nice shower, free flip-flops, very cool balcony with amazing view. They made it very romantic for our sister in law and hrr husband. Bed was really comfy. Good AC. VERY BIG room. It was a very romantic night my fiancé loved the balcony and nostalgic shower after such a long trip. :) tessekurler. Definitely gonna come back. Sweetest aunt who made breakfast. Nice architecture. Very cool new and affordable hotel.

We had the great pleasure of staying at the Kistar Cave Hotel for 4 nights. Our entire stay there was wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. The first thing you notice about the hotel is it's beauty! Wow!! Elegant, but comfortable and not over done. It feels very cozy. Attention was paid to details when designing and furnishing. We were shown to our room and we were blown away! Again, elegant, but feels comfortable and inviting. ... and the bathroom! Wow! All warm marble and something you have to see. Pictures cannot do it justice. Our room also had a large terrace with a magnificent view of Pigeon Valley and Rose Valley. Wow... again! We stayed 4 nights and did NOT want to leave! Throughout our stay, every staff personnel made us feel welcome and like family. They were all so very friendly and eager to make sure we had everything we needed. So helpful and kind. A special mention goes to Gulden, the young woman at the front desk. From the moment we walked in to the hotel, she greeted us with such kindness. It was clear she wanted to do all she could to make sure we were satisfied and everything was perfect and to our liking. She really went above and beyond. This hospitality extended throughout our entire stay. Always friendly, always smiling and always helpful. She did a fantastic job at giving us tips on things to do and places to visit that had not been on our ”list” of places. She gave us a map and wrote details about each place and what not to miss while there. They ended up being some of our favorite experiences while there. We never would have known about these places if not for her. We are so grateful she took the time to do this for us. She is a true gem! We were also fortunate enough to meet the owner and his wife. Although their english is not great and my Turkish even worse (non existent LOL!), we could still ”communicate” a bit. They were also very kind and friendly. By the time we left, we truly felt like family there. I highly recommend this hotel for the best ambience, experience, views, staff, rooms, ... the list goes on. We toured around turkey for 2 weeks. This was, without question, our favorite hotel we stayed at.

刘刘It was only a month since I came back to think of a comment, this is a brand new hotel, the main body is a military base with a history of more than two hundred years, to be reconstructed. The proprietress SELMA was very enthusiastic and showed us all the rooms. We stayed in the cave house on the ground floor. The big bed was carved against a piece of cultural relics. It was isolated by glass and protected well. It was a great experience. The hotel adopts the service of a private butler. The whole building has four floors and is well-arranged. There is a small parking lot at the door. It is most suitable for self-driving. The hotel has three outdoor landscape terraces, which are very uniquely arranged. The top terrace is the best location for viewing. hot air balloon.
The dining service provided by the hotel restaurant is very elegant, the waiters are enthusiastic and attentive, and the breakfast categories included are rich. The restaurant’s location overlooks the panoramic view of the entire Pigeon Valley, which is suitable for chewing taste.

GGuest UserThe location is very good, it is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchissar Castle, about ten minutes walk. The boss and the clerk are also very friendly, the luggage is too heavy, the male clerk also helped to move to the taxi waiting point, really like it. Due to catching up with Turkey's 100th National Day, I missed the plane. The boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book the airport to the hotel minibus. The price was the same as the original 10 euros.
The location is very advantageous. It is very convenient to go to Pigeon Valley and Uchisar Castle, which can be reached in about ten minutes' walk. The boss and the clerk were also very friendly. The luggage was too heavy and the male clerk helped move it to the taxi stand. I really like it. Because we missed the flight in time for Turkey's 100th National Day, the boss was waiting for us at midnight and helped us book a minibus from the airport to the hotel. The price was the same as the original price of 10 euros.

GGuest UserThe room was large and the front desk service was very warm and always smiled and greeted us and helped us take our luggage to the room. We booked a 70-square-meter suite with windows on the small balcony outside the room. In fact, there is a 45-square-meter suite next to it. There are windows and you can face the outside scenery, which makes me feel more comfortable and breathable. Staying at the cave hotel will have the ash on the wall to fall. This must be psychologically expected when you check in, otherwise you will feel that the room is not clean. The hotel is located below Uchisar Castle and is the commanding height of the entire town. The location is excellent. Breakfast is rich and hygienic, and will be served after 9 o'clock.

Few tips for travelers:
Entire neighborhood has cobbled streets and is on a slope so you might want to wear shoes that do not slip :) Dragging luggage not recommended at all.
Contact hotel prior to arrival for a seamless experience, including airport transfer (at an extra charge)
If you do not speak Turkish, keep a translator app handy … staff is very cooperative and patiently waits while we use these translators to communicate our requests :)

GGuest UserWe stayed 3 nights and 4 days in the hotel and I can say that it was not good or bad about cleaning. We didn't see any cleaning process when we left the room and came back to the room and when we left the winter, the maximum was 3-4 room. The location is very good where you will use public transport if you don't go by car. You can walk to the Nevşehir centre or the Avanos area 2 minutes later. And the place to go is 20 minutes away. There is a sufficient breakfast variety, no matter how to think about a hotel like 4 or 5 stars. When you first enter the room, 2 shake tea and 2 coffee are waiting for you, and the room is cattle. I advise you to take too much water while you come to the hotel because you haven't much shopping around the hotel. The hotel official Huseyin was very lazy, very friendly, helpful and interested. If you want to stay here, I can advise you because the price/performance is high. On the one hand, the unique view of the Flying Castle of Casar and on the other hand, the colorful balloons flying will welcome you. The main places you will think of traveling in Nevşehir are the Deinkuyu Landsby, Skimbling Landsby, Open View Museum, Love Valley, Urgüp Temenni Hill, Uçhisar Castle, Guvercinlik Valley, Zelve Open View Museum. If you come by car, the valley of Gods is waiting for you.

GGuest UserI went to turkey with my sister and mother and we decided to stay at the best hotel in Capadoccia, we were really excited to do the ballon trip and get to know the beautiful town. Once we arrived to the hotel the treatment was terrible, they were very disrisispectfull with my mother who is able to walk but had a wheelchair for asisstance. The hotel later told the tour guide from the balloons that they should not allow my mother to go to the trip (without letting us know the reason) and saying there was no room. IMPORTANT TO SAY THE TRIP IN BALLOON WAS ALREADY PAYED AND RESERVED. Later the next day we asked if there was any news on our ballon ride and they said there was no space. we where very disapointed. Later on arriving back to mexico and having our travel agent call the hotel for explanation we learned the hotel staff arranged for us no to go to the trip. Instead of telling us its not recommended for older people or even just letting one of ride, knowing we had made such a long trip to go there. It was on my mothers bucket list and it is very sad to know that lack of sympathy and comunication did this. WE DID NOT RECIEVE ANY COMPENSATION FOR THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OR OUR MONEY BACK FOR THE BALLOON RIDE. We felt discriminated throughout the stay.
