- The room is still new. Well maintained The bed is soft and comfortable. Decorated in a minimalist style, comfortable, with a hair dryer as well. Compared to accommodation at the same price, other places do not have a driver. - But the room does not keep sound. When the monthly room drags the table to arrange the room a bit noisy. Next to it is a basketball court. It's not a problem because it's just a workout time. - Location is not difficult eating for Ubon Province For guests who do not have private cars, grabfood, lineman, panda. ,etc. There are hundreds of shops 😁 - No phone for contacting the front So you have to walk to inform the front by yourself when you need anything. Centara Ubon is a new hotel located at Ubon Ratchathani. The location is next to Central Plaza which is convenient for food, shopping and even catching a movie. The hotel has new promotion for now. They provide breakfast for 2 and complimentary drinks. The mini bar is free for the 1st day. There is a small pool and fitness room These are the pros The service needs to improve as I didn't feel very welcome on the 1st day of check in. The staff were speaking in Thai which I am unable to understand. When I provided my reservation, they still didn't address me in English but when they realised I am paying, they started talking to me. Perhaps they are new and inexperience, I had to wait 20mins for my receipt during checkout. There were flies at the restaurant during breakfast, an unwelcoming sight. The hotel should do something about it. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, only providing water for 1st and last day. We were given voucher 555baht per day to spend at the restaurant, however we were not allowed to have our food in our room. The was quickly changed when I fill in the survey and Mr Santichon, the Front Desk Manager got to know about it. Mr Santichon's hospitality and service-oriented attention to our needs win me and family over. We decided that we will return again when we are in the vicinity. The hotel truely has a gem in Mr Santichon and I hoped his peers and staff can learn from him. I hoped the management compliment Mr Santichon on his dedication to his work.

Great Location, in front of Sunee Night markets and has a mall attached to it. Not far from bus station ( has a city bus stop) and airport. Free pool and fitness center, can also borrow towels for free. Complimentary breakfast, also 2 bottles of water a day in the room. Spacious room, clean, with pool view. A/C. Staff was nice and helpful. I would definitely book again here!

The rooms are clean, suitable for relaxing. Return to sleep and get some energy before going to other places in Ubon. Cute price

Good hotel, not far from the airport. Nice and clean room. Ok bathroom, where the shower wall should be higher to avoid water splashes everywhere. The restaurant food was average with a bit high price. Wifi was strong. The one and only big complaint and no-no for this stay was that I got a very indecent proposal from one of the staff during my dinner at the restaurant. This staff apparently saw me as a single male guest and this person just chocked me by whispering, when this person was doing something nearby where I sat, that the staff can arrange girls to come to me for the night and the staff also told me prices for the different kinds of girls. I pretended not to hear this person. But what an indecent proposal to say to a guest! Well, this put my rating from Good to Poor! It is absolutely not what I wanted to hear from a hotel staff. Please stop with this!

Great Hotel. Great staff. Joy in reception was very friendly and efficient both during phone communication and at check in. She had a warm and friendly welcome and smile. This was also true of all the many young staff working at the hotel and coffee shop. The coffee shop and hotel decor was bright and tasteful. The room was clean and very comfortable. No issues with noise as Joy allocated our room facing the rear, so no issues with traffic noise, as mentioned in other reviews. A soft comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. A great first stay experience.

Stayed here for 3 nights. For the price the room was very good. Spotlessly clean. Large bed with firm mattress. Large bathroom, with powerful hot shower. I had a room very close to the lift, but i never heard it once and I stayed during a busy weekend. In fact the hotel was very quiet. There is a restaurant and a number of brrakfast options are available. Free tea and coffee in lobby. The owner/manager was always there to greet me in the morning and engage in friendly conversation. Nothing better than starting the day in a happy frame of mind. He was also very helpful in arranging a car and driver to explore nearby national park The hotel is within easy walking distance of the City Pillar. It does not have a gym, but the main park is a 10 minute walk away and who beeds a running machine when you can jog alongwith locals around the perimeter and their are public exercise equipment. The only negative is the room did not contain a safe. But it felt completely secure and I had no qualms about leaving valuables in room. Tip - if you get a chance try and visit Samphon Bok. During the dry season it is awesome.

The location is considered..excellent..for..people who love to eat..because it is across from..night market..Ubon..square and BigC ..don't have to be afraid of starving. Traveling to the airport by Smart bus is even easier because the parking stop is right at the entrance alley, 20 baht at the end of the line. The accommodation is a short walk from the entrance of Soi Chayangkru 38. Go in 100 meters. The building is painted pink. There is a deposit of 250 baht when checking in. You get it back after returning the key. New room, comfortable sleep There is a handkerchief provided. There are mosquito screens for people who can open the windows to let in the breeze. In February, the weather is cool and it's very chilling to sleep. There is a receptionist 24 hours a day using a key card system. At the gate, guaranteed safety, in the heart of the city. Recommended to come and try.

I stayed 2 days in this hotel, i would think that i would not return. Parking is no problem and I was happy that they allow my rented motorcycle to be parked near the entrance where there is shelter. Once i got the in room- Room was big - good, Room had a sofa-good, I slapped on the sofa and there was a cloud of dust-no good. Bed was comfortable - Good, pillow case has stains - no good. Towels provided - good, towel was yellowish - no good. Room was also no that clean, clumps of dirt here and there. Seems like most things are done half heartedly at this hotel. There were water ants, lots of them which somehow gotten into the bathroom in the evening, i inform the front desk but the only option i was given was a change of room, which was rather troublesome as I was already settle down and checking out the next day. In the end, i have to wash them away with the bidet. Would have been nice if they had border even if just to take a look and see how bad it was. Location was good.

Accommodation near tourist attractions, close to the airport, can arrive late at night, has a receptionist, cheap, reasonable price, very large bathroom. The disadvantage encountered was booking 2 rooms but not getting adjacent rooms. But it is a recommended room.
