Tohsang Heritage Ubon Ratchathani Hotel
4.1/58 Reviews
I chose a niche route, took the train from Dacheng to Ubon Ratchathani, and wanted to cross the border from Ubon Ratchathani to Laos Pak. At the train station, the taxis to the hotel are less than 90 pigs. The hotel occupies a small area but is not a high-rise building. The layout of the plane is more distinctive. The reception at the front desk will speak English. Asking questions about the international bus will help you to make a phone call and be very patient. The room has been decorated for some years, the facilities look old, but very clean, presumably the management here is still very good. The air-conditioned room in the room is not air-conditioned at 36 degrees. Most of the guests here are Thais driving by car, and the parking spaces are sufficient. Very quiet at night, good rest. The breakfast buffet is very Thai. There are rice noodles, chicken porridge and fried rice. The Western-style part is the toasted egg ham sausage butter jam, the fruit coffee tea is also provided, the service is also thoughtful, and the overall feeling is worth the money. The hotel is on the right side of the street and turns left. There is a double car to the BUS station. The fare is 10 pigs. The place we eat is also about 50 meters ahead of this street. There are many restaurants in the local area. The price is fair and reasonable.

Paid approx $24 Aus which included breakfast. The hotel is modern and bright. Clean and tidy. I stayed in the superior room which is standard I think. It was big and open with a small sofa. Bed was very comfortable and 2 pillows per person which I appreciate. Breakfast was a buffet. It had fruit, local Thai sweet and hot Thai dishes plus bread and jam. The dining room is very modern and relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

This hotel is a hidden gem and I loved it that much I extended my stay from 10 to 15 days The layout of the hotel is amazing, wonderful food and very friendly staff nothing was to much trouble, a lot of thought has gone into the design of the fixtures and fittings Close to everything restaurants etc and 5 mins from the airport No idea why this place isn’t number 1 I will be returning

The atmosphere in the room is good, around the accommodation should be planted trees, create an atmosphere and prevent the eye from the house next door. Because the curtains are just a thin curtain The carpet is a bit loose. There is hair in the niche Should not be cleaned thoroughly The sofa is holes and swell, it should be improved at this point. There is a small swimming pool suitable for children, a little expensive. Because breakfast is not included and the room that stays really calls pool access. Should open the balcony and go into the pool. But here is Open the door of the room, walk through the corridor and then go into the pool, feel a little confused. Food in the accommodation is quite expensive. But in the city, so grab food comfortably. I appreciate all the staff are very friendly and service.

Nartsiri Hotel
4.2/511 Reviews
Natsiri is a nice little oasis in the middle of Ubon. As this isn't a tourist town, the prices are reasonable. Overall, the place is quite nice, especially compared to the rural spots we've been in the past few days. The regular rooms are appropriately sized, and the beds a bit softer than many beds in Thailand (though for this Farang, they are still a bit hard, but workable). The one big oddity here is that a place this nicely built has steps up and down all over. Exit the elevator on your floor and there is a step down (my wife missed it the first time, despite the yellow tape on the floor). Step into your room and there's a step up. Step into your bathroom and there's a step down. Have the included breakfast and in the middle of the dining room there's a big step up. Go through the lobby area and if you go to the bathrooms there's a step up. Etc... The breakfast had quite a few options, including cheap ice cream. It was fine. Of course, the choices are all Thai. Overall, we recommend, especially at this price.
