Hotel Apollo

Good hotel! Nice and clean room, but I had to ask for towels and blankets because there weren't any in the room. I thought the double bed was too small. I also had a problem with two kitchen staff. I'm lactose intolerant and since the eggs available for breakfast had butter and cream, I asked them to make the eggs in olive oil, which I was promptly served. My daughter asked to eat the eggs with me and since I wouldn't eat anything else, I asked for them to be made again. The staff member made a displeased face with my order and said it would take a while because she was busy. I waited about 15 minutes and when I asked another staff member if the eggs were ready, she said "no" because they were very busy (and I could see them removing dirty plates from the tables or restocking the buffet - I must have been busy with two other tables). I left feeling very upset and trying to understand how staff members could treat their customers this way. I mentioned it to the front desk and the person who was there agreed with me. It was just a hotel we were stopping at and we would stay there again on the way back, but I don't stay there anymore.

We were very well received, I don't remember the name of the attendant but she was very attentive, the hotel is well located near a shopping mall with easy access, the rooms are due for a paint job, maintenance on the bathroom door would also be ideal, the coffee was very good, the pool was clean and apparently well looked after and maintained.

Sempre fico no hotel, pois o custo benefício é excelente: localização, café da manhã, quarto, hospitalidade dos funcionários, preço. Super indico e com certeza voltarei outras vezes, pois sempre é minha escolha para pernoite com minha família.

A localização e o atendimento excelentes. Limpeza e cafe da manhã também. Fui com 3 crianças e nos acolheram muito bem. Para almoço e jantar, tem muitos locais próximos, inclusive da para ir andando. Voltaremos em breve para outra viagem e certamente iremos repetir a hospedagem no hote.l

O Hotel Apollo superou as nossas expectativas. Começando pela excelente localização, além da limpeza, organização e atendimento impecáveis. O café da manhã é muito bom e com muitas variedades de frutas, pães, sucos e café gostoso e quentinho. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos. Ficamos encantados com a hospitalidade e atenção com que todos nos receberam. Gratidão!!

Todos os funcionários são excelentes. A Cristiane é um amor de pessoa. Café da manhã é simples mas muito gostoso. Pão de queijo quentinho, ovos mexidos, 4 tipos de bolos. Broas... rosquinhas. Frutas. Ar condicionado silencioso. Chuveiro excelente. Camas confortáveis e roupas de camas limpas. Se precisar ir em um hotel, com certeza retornarei.

Porta com defeito na trava e não tinha quarto reserva ou funcionário para conserto. Banheiro com mofo no teto e soltando tinta. Pedimos para trocar de quarto mais não foi possivel. Quarto de frente para a rua com muito barulho, banheiro não tem água quente na torneira da pia

Hotel muito bacana. Acomodação legal, recepção com muita atenção aos clientes. Fácil acesso pra chegar e sair. Excelente custo benefício. Quarto com ar condicionado, roupa de cama bem limpa. Ducha com Misturador e com bastante água. Vale a pena.

Boa estadia no geral, a tv apresentou problema após queda de energia, mas prontamente a recepcionista nós trocou de quarto, boas camas, limpeza e espaço, chuveiro demora um pouco pra esquentar mas funciona bem, café da manhã muito bom, aprovado.
