My experience was great. I just didn't like that they put me in an accessible room, as there was no shower in the bathroom. So every time we took a shower, the bathroom would flood with water and we would have to mop it.

Reasonable service, the bathroom had problems, the toilet valve wouldn't stop running water and the shower sill was leaking underneath, meaning the bathroom was all wet after showering. Regarding the breakfast, I thought it was weak and had to ask for more coffee because there wasn't any available at the main table. However, the reception staff gave it a 10. Regarding the location, I thought it was quiet. Other than that, I appreciate the service.

I had to change rooms three times in the early morning or the windows were broken and the noise was unbearable on a Saturday. The last room was close to a generator with an intermittent sound and to close with a golden key early in the morning (I didn't sleep at all) I went to take a shower and the water was boiling because the faucet didn't balance the temperature. Chaos. I stayed at this hotel simply to sleep and travel from São Paulo to Brasília.
