The cleanliness of the room was impeccable!
But older location, from the building to the rooms.
When I looked for the hotel, I needed to accommodate our pets and parking, which was not included in the rate.

Hotel muito bom e a forma de reserva pela trip.com muito fácil. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom, pratos saborosos e servidos quentes, raro isso hoje! Café da manhã completo, nada a reclamar. A limpeza do apartamento deixou a desejar, box do banheiro encardido, falta capricho da equipe, só.

O atendimento não foi acolhedor. O ar condicionado do quarta estava extremamente barulhento e não refrigerava. A água do chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar, o que lamentavelmente acabou gerando um gasto de água que poderia ser poupado. Mal havia água na torneira da pia.

Boa tarde !
Fomos muito bem atendidos na entrada e saída pelos recepcionistas.
Tivemos um momento desconfortável no dia 24/02 a noite quando retornamos do shopping por volta de 21:30 um senhor que controlava no estacionamento nos tratou com muita rispidez e grosseria.
No café da manhã do dia 25/02 fomos muito bem atendidos, deixo como observação somente o café que estava frio.
