Beautiful hotel with a lot of atmosphere, an old little palace with not more than ten rooms and in the very centre of Ubeda. Parking just around the corner. And fantastic staff! My wife forgot a dress and they contacted us before we did - and now they are posting her dress to Sweden. That is what I call true service!

Bien situado, trato amable y atento por parte de los profesionales y habitación normal que pasa a mala cuando llega el silencio de la noche. A pocos centímetros de la ventana interior hay instalaciones y equipos de climatización que no permiten descansar . Esa habitación no debería ser ofrecida a ningún cliente ya que el no dormir bien lo tiene garantizado . Los continuos arranques y paradas de los aparatos convierten un habitación en un espacio de tortura del que has de salir cuanto antes.

Mí opinión es sobre el restaurante. Estuvimos de comida de empresa y todo estaba muy rico y bien presentado. Yo en estas comidas suelo quedarme con hambre pero en éste caso no pude comer él último plato y eso que era lagarto y estaba espectacular. Destacar aún más sí cabe el servicio. No he visto nada igual. Un trato más que excelente. Destacar dé los camareros a José. Un camarero simpático, pendiente siempre de todo el mundo y vamos un camarero que hace que te sientas especial y dél que no podía dejar de mencionar. Yo he sido camarero en el pasado y se muy bien de lo que hablo. Le doy la máxima puntuación posible.

Die Räume sind sauber und altersgemäß eingerichtet, das Bett war leider nur 190 cm lang aber durch die Breite ok. Frühstück ist a la carte. Minibar ist super da hat man kalte Getränke.

Excelente hotel, confortável, agradável, a apenas 30 metros da rua principal da cidade.
Equipe muitíssimo atenciosa, que nos concedeu early check in e fez a gentileza de me despachar o óculos escuro que eu havia esquecido.
Café-da-manhã completo.
Quarto e banheiro espaçosos, com frigobar (que está raríssimo nos hoteis da Andaluzia). Ar condicionado muito bom.
