Ha sido una buena estancia,camas cómodas y aunque un poco retirado del centro se puede aparcar en la calle delante del hotel que en Úbeda es complicado

We were given a room on the second floor overlooking the swimming pool and garden where a bouncy castle is situated for parties. Unfortunately for us we had a very disturbed night with guitar playing and out of tune singing from below which went on till 2.00am. The room is fine though the shower is temperamental and can soak the bathroom as it spins out of its wall attachment! It is advertised that English is spoken but it isn't and trying to navigate the menu for dinner is a nightmare. I would suggest that an English translation is obtained. Google translate is helpful but not always accurate. Ubeda is an interesting city with many beautiful buildings and is well worth a visit though the hotel is about a thirty minute walk to the old town centre. The museum of St John of the Cross is particularly interesting as is a tour of the small mediaeval synagogue.

Llegamos al hotel y nos dijeron q la hora de entrada eran las 3 de la tarde, pues debido al enfado nos fuimos a comer lejos de allí, pues bien hasta las 15,30 no pudimos entrar debido a que la habitación no estaba lista, si no eres capaz de dar ese servicio no lo cojas o haz una rebaja en el precio abusivo a mí parecer, fue el 31 de agosto.

Para nosotros dos, el hotel en general, MUY BONITO Y ACOGEDOR. Positivas: Muy buena situación. La habitación situada a la calle. Con balcón. Cama y almohadas. Aire acondicionado. Personal de servicio. Instalaciones. Piscina, terrazas. Negativas: Habitación no insonorizada, solamente el pasillo central con moqueta. Mesillas con solo un cajón. Ropero con solo siete perchas. Televisión sin ordenar los canales. Cuarto de baño sin extractor de olores. Comedor muy reducido. Comidas las mismas durante la semana de estancia, excepto el almuerzo del domingo, día 1 de Septiembre. Parking en mal estado, sin puerta de cierre y sin seguridad. aunque no cobran por su estancia. Recomiendo este hotel en Úbeda.

En general bien, pero no le encontré las 4 estrellas que tenían en la fachada. La limpieza, en general, deja que desear. El desayuno muy justito, esperaba algo mejor. La recepción lenta. La ubicación queda a unos 15 minutos del centro, pero bien. Las camas sí que resultaron cómodas.

La estancia fue pésima. Hubo una boda y fuimos incapaces de dormir.Se salvan los empleados, y se limitan a pedirte disculpas (que menos). Deberían haberlo previsto y no hospedar justo encima de la celebración. La comida muy regular y poca variedad en varios días. Lo mismo con el desayuno.

La no comida, fatal...consistía en cuatro hojas de lechuga y de segundo 10 granos de arroz con una gamba y dos mejillones...después de quejarnos por escrito a consumo,hotel y turismo social....vimos que existía la fruta,verdura y proteínas...una pena

Tiene 4 estrellas pero realmente debería tener 3. El desayuno es escaso y pobre. Las habitaciones y los baños anticuados. La localización en las afueras al lado de un Carrefour y una gasolinera, andando para llegar al centro se tarda más de media hora. Las camas limpias pero los colchones hundidos. No volvería a este hotel.
