Poor value for money
It is quite astonishing that this establishment has received such a high volume of favorable evaluations. The state of cleanliness was unsatisfactory, and the room was permeated with a musty odor, which was subsequently determined to be the result of a ceiling leak that had saturated a pillow that had been placed in the wardrobe. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, the caliber of the food left much to be desired. While some members of the staff were cordial, others did not exactly make us feel particularly welcome during our stay. We have no intention of staying at this establishment again in the future.

A pousada é muito boa! Boa estrutura, fomos bem atendidos, cama agradável, tudo estava limpo, o café da manhã era bem satisfatório, não tinha aquele típico cheiro de hotéis/pousadas de praia, nem a sensação de umidade. A única observação é que a pousada já está precisando de pequenos reparos e manutenções, que dão uma sensação de maior cuidado e limpeza, como espelhos manchados, predes danificadas, ou sujas… A localização é muito boa, pertinho do centro, bons restaurantes, é fácil se deslocar para as praias. A piscina é muito gostosa! Apenas não conseguimos aproveitar a piscina aquecida ficou ocupada ininterruptamente por uma mesma família, de sexta quando chegamos até domingo quando saímos, acredito que no domingo eles já tinham derretido 😂

A localização da pousada é perfeita, bem próxima ao centro de Ubatuba. Café da manhã excelente e tudo bem fresquinho inclusive com a possibilidade de pedir uma tapioca feita na hora. Quarto muito limpo e decoração de bom gosto, apenas a posição da televisão que era um pouco incômoda porque ela fica "pendurada" na parede ao lado da cama, poderiam mudar ela para a parede oposta à cama, mas no geral não deixou nada a desejar. Pelo que percebemos (fomos eu e minha esposa, não temos filhos) é uma pousada mais para família com crianças e elas podem se sentir seguras pois o ambiente é todo monitorado e os acessos para fora e para dentro da pousada são controlados pela portaria.

Lugar aconchegante que tem tudo que a gente precisa. Apesar da Pousada ser pequena tudo é muito bem feito, limpo e organizado. Os funcionários são solícitos, educados, prestativos. Foi uma excelente experiência. Voltaremos com certeza.

Desde la recepción, las señoras de la pileta, las del desayuno...todos absolutamente increíblemente serviciales. Todo en excelentes condiciones , brindan sillas y sombrillas sin cargo para la playa. También si llueve facilitan paraguas. Tuvieron en cuenta nuestras necesidades de alimentación en el desayuno. Todos detalles que suman en excelente experiencia para viajar en familia. Cerca del centro y la costanera, aquí me gustaría aclarar que lamentablemente aunque esta a dos cuadras de la playa , estas NO SE PUEDEN USAR PARA BAÑARSE. Ubatuba tiene un sinfín de hermosas playas pero no están cercas unas de otras. De todos modos caminando, en auto, bici, Uber o lo que utilicen se puede llegar y disfrutar de las mismas. Sin duda un lugar para recomendar. MUCHAS GRACIAS A TODAS LAS PERSONAS DEL EQUIPO de la Posada por el magnifico trabajo que hacen.
