Itamambuca Eco Resort

We were here on the weekend of the 24th and 25th of February 2024. The staff were very attentive, but we were drawn to the rather outdated infrastructure, lacking improvements in both the common areas and the rooms, very old facilities, We had a problem with the air conditioning in one of the suites, which was only resolved the next day, despite the strong heat. Regarding the restaurant's opening hours, there is a certain inflexibility regarding the start of children's service, scheduled only for noon (or 12:30 pm, according to information that is sometimes inconsistent). For a hotel that aims to be welcoming to families, young children have different needs. Very good breakfast. The restaurant's food was quite good, but very large portions, with extremely expensive prices, compared to São Paulo, for example. The minibars were turned off, with hot drinks inside. I imagine that their quality must suffer, in this on and off. The gardens appear to be well maintained. The pool needed a little more cleaning, given the large number of guests. The beach service was very good. The surrounding nature is exuberant, enhancing the hotel's value. Unfortunately a hotel we would not return to. A shame, because the location is very cool, on a beautiful beach. Improvements would bring more life to the hotel, living up to the prices charged.

The place is incredible and had everything to offer a good experience, unfortunately they don't seem to have any concerns about this, the apartment has basic maintenance to be done, the beach service seems to be working in favor and is looking for a manager to talk about the stay It's a separate task, he's never at the hotel and when he was, he wasn't available to serve a guest!!

Ótima comida, espaço bonito e agradável. O acesso à praia é fácil. Funcionários atenciosos. Porém, a única coisa que não gostei foi da academia de ginástica que poderia ser bem melhor, achei suja e mal conservada. Nem tive vontade de usar. Equipamentos ruins.
