The beds had no sheets. They delivered blooded linens. The bathroom had no towels. They delivered dirtied towels. It was a nightmare to finally succeed in having proper linens and towels. If it were located near any town we would be leaving sooner than tomorrow early morning. It's in the middle of the nowhere. No plan B available. Entregaram coberta de cama suja de sangue , toalhas sujas e úmidas. Amanhã de manhã sairemos, graças a deus. Fica no fim do mundo e está de noite já.

Hotel decadente e de diárias incompatíveis para o que oferece. Comida cara. Má administração. Por outro lado, o hotel dispõe de uma empresa de eventos localizada do outro lado da rua, de modo que já às 06h da manhã o barulho começa com a sua programação chamando os convidados daquele dia a participarem das brincadeiras, usando som altíssimo, prática que só termina às 23h do dia. Ninguém consegue dormir. Um verdadeiro absurdo. Fujam desse hotel.

Viagem de férias em casal tivemos o azar de pegar o feriado de dia das crianças. Uma experiência verdadeiramente desagradável. Além do hotel estar lotado, o day use transformou a piscina no fim de semana no ambiente mais barulhento que playground. Para piorar, na frente do hotel há uma área de convenção onde era realizado um encontro de escoteiros católicos e todos os microfones já eram ouvidos às 7h da manhã até as 23h. Inferno total. Nosso quarto era um dos piores, além de ser perto da piscina não tinha janela. A cama não tinha lencol, somente um vira e protetor de colchoes. Os garçons carecem de reciclagem no atendimento, falta simpatia e agilidade. O hotel não está voltado para satisfação do cliente. É um hotel familiar para receber criancas que tocam o terror...rs. Se quer sossego não vá fds nem feriado. No resto tem uma bela estrutura e pelas fotos devem quartos melhores que o que ficamos.
