Interesting hotel! There is nobody else than the cleaning staff working in the hotel. The registration is done by self-service. It was a different, but enjoyable experience. Otherwise, the establishment is very clean, ordered, and nicely located. Overall, I recommand the place. A quick note to pay attention on where is located the parking to don't ending up being billed for parking (shared with private owned parking). I recommend the hotel!

The environment is very good and the transportation is very convenient
The room is very large, the sofa, TV and coffee table are very spacious. The facilities in the room are also complete, including a gym. The hotel's offline unmanned management mode allows you to check in at the machine in the hotel lobby.

The place is nice and quiet. The self check in and check out make things really simple. The hotel is nice and clean.

Schönes Hotel in der nähe zu Aachen und der niederländischen Grenze. Es gibt keine Rezeption, nur ein Check in Terminal. Für die Eingangs Tür benötigt man einen 6 Stellungen Code, den wir per Telefon anfragen mussten. Das hat alles super geklappt, der Check in war einfach und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber, modern, groß, Küche mit Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Besteck. Was uns jedoch gestört hat war, dass es keine Klimaanlage gab, bei 32 grad wurde es brutal warm, dazu kein Abzug und Fenster im Bad. Nachts konnte man die Fenster öffnen, jedoch war unser Zimmer direkt an der Hauptstraße. Wir hatten die Wahl zwischen warm oder laut. Bei so einem modernen Zimmer eigentlich unnötig.

Eine ganz neue Erfahrung in einem Hotel ohne Personal zu buchen. Bin aber sehr positiv überrascht. Einfaches Händling am Check-In Terminal, schnelle& hilfsbereite Kommunikation per Email und eine schöne Innenausstattung. Auch für Fahrradfahrer ist das Hotel empfehlenswert (guter und sicherer Unterstand).
