Из плюсов - очень понравилась чистота номеров Из нейтрального - ресепшен - приветливо, мило, оперативно.Хорошее месторасположения, все близко, в пешей доступности набережная. Просторный, ухоженый номер. Хорошее обслуживание, скорее всего при следующем посещении Тюмени остановлюсь в этой гостинице.Все на очень хорошем уровне- питание ( завтраки супер!) постельное белье, подушки очень удобные, интернет (хватает для работы)

Это хостел! Откуда такой высокий рейтинг? 1. Да, центр Тюмени и это единственный неоспоримый плюс. 2. Расположен отель на 4 и 5 этаже. Лифта нет, тащите тяжёлые чемоданы весело и бодро сами! Ладно, мы не гордые и сильные)) 3. Милые картинки с сайта ввели нас в заблуждение - бронировали (и к несчасть, сразу оплатили) двухместный номер. А по факту нам предложили номер без сан.узла! Сан.узел общий на этаже! Мы думали это анекдот про "раздевалку и баню через дорогу", а оказалось нет)) Конечно, за 5,5 тысяч вариант хостела или общаги нас не устроил. Взамен нам предложили номер поменьше с сан.узлом, но без окон! Маленькая душная коробочка. И спать вы будете либо прямо под кондиционером, либо с открытой в общий коридор дверью. 4. Завтраки проходят в соседнем по улице(!)кафе. Нужно одеться, взять купон на ресепшн и снова топать на улицу. Итог: мы просто плюнули, не стали окончательно добивать своё впечатление от Тюмени и переселились в другой отель

Это не отель, в хостел! Туалеты в коридоре! Сказали, что на сайте это бало написано, но я не заметил. К тому же 4-й этаж без лифта. После скандала меня переселили этажом выше, там хоть туалет был в номере, но всю ночь гудела вентилляция и комары. Что интересно, в номере был балкон без двери, на который можно было вылезти через окно.
