Регулярно выбираю Меркюр-Тюмень! Главные плюсы для меня - центральная локация - просторные номера с высоким уровнем оснащения - высотное размещение (10-14эт) с возможностью размещения с сидом на город - бесплатный подземный паркинг с собственным лифтом до этажа проживания - отличная кухня, щедрые завтраки (2вида рыбы, фреши, микрозелень, local dishes, фрукты etc) - бизнес-ланч по системе шведский стол - полноформатный фитнес-зал - персонал предупредителен, вежлив и отзывчив к пожеланиям - чувствуется постоянный контроль уровня сервиса руководством, внедряют новые услуги и улучшения. В целом, отель достойный пример успешной работы локальной команды большого международного бренда. Рекомендация!

Отвратительный отель, никому не рекомендую: уборку в номере нужно просить на ресепшене много раз, за четыре дня проживания два раза убрались. При двухместном размещении у вас не будет ни полотенец, ни тапок, ни халатов, опять нужно просить, но в течении часа вам никто это не предоставит… Вода в номер, как и зубные наборы «по талонам», пару суток на ожидание, лучше купить свои.

Внимательный персонал, все очень четко. Уютные номера, в номере все необходимое. Удачное расположение, в этом же здании Торговый центр. Сразу видно, что в отеле грамотный менеджмент, все настроено и работает как часы, останься только отдыхать!

Нас заселили даже раньше, в 12ть дня, что плюс. Но полотенца, тапочки и халаты пришлось просить. В номере есть чай, кофе, вода. Индивидуальных гигиенических наборов нет, только гели для душа и мыло в большой упаковке. Завтраки стандартные, большой выбор: суп, каша, мюсли, творог, блинчики, сырники, омоет и мясо/рыба, были и фрукты, и даже шампанское)) Вечером 3го января мы даже послушали скрипача в баре за бокалом вина, очень душевно. Рядом много кафе, есть магазины, удобная транспортная развязка.
