Впервые останавливаюсь в DTree. Ранее жил в Хэмптонах. Придраться глобально не к чему. Ну… разве что - полиграфия в номере была мятая, надорванная и явно не молодая))) Номера большие, чистые, почти всё есть (нет ватных дисков и ватных палочек, что странно…). Завтрак прекрасный, с хамоном и шампанским. Кондиционер регулируется. Отель в центре, близко до всего, что нужно / интересно. Лайфхак для любителей покутить: в Тюмени алко продается до 21.00… Потом или в бары или в бар отеля… В общем, рекомендую весьма

В номере уютно, чисто.Самые лучшие завтраки, очень понравились, огромный ассортимент, все свежее, вкусное. Не навязчивый сервис.Советую. На первом этаже есть SPA , можно сходить . В шаговой доступности музеи, очень хорошая локация.

Останавливплась в отеле 2 раза. Первый раз приезжала в новогоднюю ночь 2017-18 год - все безумно понравилось! И вот спустя 6 лет я вновь запланировала поездку в этот замечательный город в ноябре. Проживание прошло восхитительно! Сам по себе отель очень красивый, удобный. До центра города минут 5 пешком примерно. До заезда я заранее написала в отель, чтобы по возможности учли пожелание о назначении номера на высоком этаже. Персонал отеля это учёл и мне дали номер на 8 этаже. Весь персонал отеля - настоящие профессионалы! Чуткие, внимательные, лучезарные! Огромная благодарность горничным, которые создавали уют и комфорт в номере в процессе проживания. В номере есть все необходимое для комфорта. Матрасы на кроватях очень удобные. Завтрак в отеле потрясающий. Есть все необходимое для привередливого гостя и даже хамон! К сожалению, не удалось оценить спа комплекс, уверена, что в следующий раз обязательно загляну. Ещё раз благодарю весь обслуживающий персонал отеля, а также генерального менеджера Лейлу Рустамовну за высокий уровень гостеприимства и наивысший уровень комфорта.
