酒店房間乾淨整潔高級。 前台Ryan非常好， 彬彬有禮，服務周到。 Ritz-Carlton 是一家老牌經典的酒店，有Spa, 但Spa設施有點舊。 房間空調有點吵，還好天氣不熱，我關了空調睡的。 總之是一次很好的體驗享受, 喜歡Ritz-Carlton。購物也很方便，與Tysons Galleria相聯接。 值得推薦。

房間還不錯，但切記不要預訂含早餐，家庭房4人預付每天1000早餐費，到店説total一間房衹能點60美金的早餐，多餘自付。攜程的服務很給力，解決了問題，但這家酒店早餐的服務也不太行，食物倒還不錯。

Clean property with comfortable and nicely appointed rooms. Room service was lovely. Unfortunately had to call twice about noise issues from the room next door.

Very comfortable bed, nice room with an "wold world" charm. The people greeting us at the front desk were very courteous. Their demeanor reminded us of the 1990's.
Very pleasant place, except the non-working elevator guest card-sensor. It gave a false sense of security, but it's not working the whole time we were there.

We had the most incredible time. The hotel, staff and restaurants in the area were phenomenal. We will definitely be checking in again soon.
