This place is nothing like the photos, it is run down and needs alot of attention as it could be a really great place. We stayed on a ensuite site it seems to have more permanent people staying here on site than visitors. There is a kangaroo enclosed area that is not very appealing I felt sorry for the roos that were kept in there. Would not stay here again. Was supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed for 1, so we didn't get to see Swan hill sights at all.

I was going to stay there but the front desk men they are rude & aggressive. My friends that live in Salmon Arm tell me the pool is the only nice part about the resort. Evedently the rest is pretty disgusting and I'm not not missing much. I will share this with everybody! Don't stay there!

We stayed here and we where disgusted by the condition of this resort swimming pool filthy umbrellas torn gas B.B.Q. rusted and untrusted to work play equipment below standard for use tennis court over grown and volley ball court same no electricity to communal kitchen walk thru Zoo padlocked all in all should be closed down.

We booked a 10 night stay for an en-suite powered site. The pictures on their website made the place look amazing, well it was completely the opposite. It was not a tourist park, more a residential park. Everything was so old and run down. The BBQ's were burnt out. The camp kitchen was disgusting. The swimming pools were filthy and the children's playground and the beach volley ball area's were awful. We only stayed 2 nights out of the 10.

enjoyed our stay room lovely and clean. we had our boys Zeus and Maui (rottweilers) with us. The older style pet friendly rooms where just perfect big tiled bathroom well maintained. plenty of room to walk around. Kangaroo sanctuary realy cool. Roman & jen extremely friendly hosts. any guest we met patted the boys and where very friendly loved the Hilltop resort and Swanhill :)
