The shower was only a trickle and didn't get very hot. I have taken better showers at camp grounds.

What a pleasant stay! It's nestled back from the main road, and located right across from a big city park with a good paved trail. Great for a morning walk! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice sized and clean. Only issue was that the HVAC wasn't working (except when it wanted to). By the time we noticed it, we were all spread out in the room, so we didn't move rooms. Staff were apologetic, but weren't able to fix it while we were there. It was a nice stay in a very pleasant city, and at such a reasonable price!

Property is very well kept! Room is clean and neat. Ample parking! Pet friendly for a $25 per night charge. Complimentary continental breakfast is included for tomorrow morning.

I've been staying at this hotel every Thanksgiving and Christmas for twelve years. It's always clean, quiet, comfortable and decorated beautifully. The staff is fantastic. It is a little drive from the family I visit in Tyler, but it's worth the drive!
