Could hear Highway noise from room. No bath soap in room. Older appearance. No complimentary breakfast. They charge $15 to eat. Older mattress and flat pillows.

Not bad
Staff is super sweet and friendly and beyond helpful. The room could use some updating mattress was like sleeping on a brick and pillows are flat as pancakes and slip behind the headboard none stop. Room smelled like chlorine and there is some suspicious people walking around my vehicle when I first parked all around just needs an update

Everything was very clean, the property is very well maintained and spacious with several sitting areas in the lobby.
Staff at front desk was nice and willing to help different persons whole stay.
The food at diner was good.
Staff at the bar area /kitchen was not welcoming and service was not great. I felt like I was not welcome to have diner. In the morning at breakfast it was not clear what was included in breakfast and again staff not too welcoming.

The property was good. Our room had some minor things, like the closet door didn’t stay shut, the showerhead wouldn’t stay up, the beds were very noisey. Everytime you barely moved they squeaked so loud so didn’t get much sleep.
Breakfast was buffets that is not included in your stay like some other properties so we did not eat here.
The pool was nice, it is an indoor pool. The only issue was there were no towels. Went to the front desk to ask for a few and she asked us if we minded taking more to restock the towels. Which my husband said sure, but still thought that was odd.
My only other complaint was we asked for late checkout and she told me they couldn’t do that but then let the person before us do late checkout.
Nothing that would make us not stay there again -

The staff was very kind. Unfortunately, the hotel itself had an Oder. The bed was quite uncomfortable. My back hurt the whole trip. My husband had the same problem. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well, had long black hairs in the shower and on the toilet seat. They just need to improve their cleaning service & replace their mattresses.

The hotel is going down hill. Our bed spread had hair all over and had to request new. Things just look grungy.
