The guy on the phone was so rude. I don't know why it is so expensive for some people to be kind.
It is a shame because the room assigned to us was just wonderful. Location is amazing. Just their customer service is so terrible.

I thought this place was great. The kitchen was clean and well-equipped. The bathrooms were within our building which is great for cold nights. The communication was superb!

Twizel is a small town to near the Mount Cook view. A room in the Motel is small and there is a kitchen for public in the motel.
