The resort is absolutely beautiful especially the pool, beach and lake, but we found a majority of the staff were quite rude and overworked. This resort isn’t run very well and has the potential to be so much better for guests. The beach and pool area is their saviour everything else is run very poorly. We checked in at 3pm and check in is from 2pm and we still had to wait for our room to be ready. I think the management of this resort needs some guidance to make this place more entertaining for guests and maybe employ extra staff.
