We only stayed for a night! My husband went to breakfast before me I went about 9:20 and they were already cleaning up seriously that’s one of the reasons I always stay at Hamptons

The elevator did not work. My wife and I are both seniors and she is disabled. We were given a room on the 3rd floor.

The room was quite roomy and comfortable. My only main complaints were that the elevator, and the hot tub were both out of order. All I wanted to do after being on the road for 12 hours was sit in the hot tub and relax. Instead, I was informed that both the elevator and hot tub aren’t in working order.

My girlfriend is handicap and its hard for her to use stairs. They had no 1st floor rooms and the elevator was out of order. Then we picked this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub then we go to use the hot tub and it was out of order. The vending machine was not working properly.

A little let down
The stay was great the only complaint I would have is that the hot tub was extremely cold and the pool was even colder and that being the main part of our reason for booking I was disappointed but as for the hotel and staff they were all very awesome and respectful

This is a basic and reliable option for us. We like that it's easy to get to, the staff is professional, the rooms are clean, and breakfast is included.

They charge a $75 non-refundable pet fee to “sanitize” the rooms, however I saw no evidence they were doing anything to clean these rooms anymore than the bare minimum. Rooms were out dated: old furniture, toilets screeched when flushed, carpet looked like it may have had a burn in it. Front desk told us to talk to a manager about our complaints but they wouldn’t have one on staff for two days and we only stayed one night.

I stayed in room 250 and the floor above had a bad squeak in the floor. Whoever was staying there walked a lot so got very little sleep
I am a diamond member and have stayed at a lot of Hilton hotels. They would not take my Hilton rewards number. That was a first in ten years of staying with Hilton
