Twain Harte/Pinecrest/Sonora Vacation We love this home as it checks all the boxes we look for. Spacious kitchen, lots of counter space w/peninsula, very nice cabinetry. Dining area room for (7) at table & (2) bar stools at peninsula. Good size living room space w/high ceilings & fan. Two spacious leather couches with recliners plus a separate recliner chair for Dad. Good viewing for TV time. Laundry room has lots of counter space and cabinets & washer/dryer worked great. We also look for bedrooms with (3) beds that are either full, queen or king for the adults. This home had all (3) plus bunk beds for the kids. 2 1/2 baths kept us clean after wrapping up our beach days. Location is very quiet with nice neighbors, birds, lizards & squirrels! Modern living with a little dash of mountain life to spice things up! Our Hosts, John & Amy are the best! So accommodating, resourceful & quick to respond to my messages. This place is perfect for us & hopefully will be for others as well!Thanks so much for creating a wonderful vacation experience for us, John & Amy!Sincerely,Joan

Short snow stay Very clean, open spaces, and convenient. We loved exploring the small town of Twain Harte, and the house was close to the Leland Snowplay, which was a big hit. Will return again.

Great space for 2 families We had a great time at Twain Harte Charmer. Host provided us with very good check in instructions. Place was very clean and equipped with a lot of toys and games for kids. The floorplan is perfect for 2 families of 4 each. Kitchen is nicely stocked with all kinds of utensils. We will definitely try to book it again on our next snow play trip.

Perfect Getaway! We LOVED our stay at Twain Harte Charmer. The name describes it perfectly. Communication with John and Amy could not have been smoother and the instructions in the welcome letter made settling in so easy. The home was even more beautiful in person than in the photos and really was just the perfect home for a week away. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

Loved it!!! My wife and I had a hreat time at this clean property. It is clear that John and Amy take great pride in this house, and ensuring that yheir guests enjoy their stay. We had everything we needed and the location is great-Downtown/Groceries are a walkable distance (if you're okay with the way back being uphill), and there is a nice hiking trail down the street. We will definitely endeavor to stay here again.

Just what we needed The property was clean and cozy, perfect for our party of 3, plus 2 small dogs. The owners were wonderful and great with communication! No complaints-- it was a simple check in process for an extremely relaxing weekend. I look forward to my next Twain Hart getaway.

Twain Harte Charmer Spacious, very clean, and quiet. Easily accommodated our family of 8. Good beds and a large dining room table. Very comfortable. Also great location. Would highly recommend.
