Брали номер улучшенный. Соответствует фото. Чистый. Администраторы вежливы, приветливы. Мы приехали раньше времени заезда за 2 часа. Номер предоставили через полчаса. Регистрация быстрая. В историческом центре города, близко ко многим достопримечательностям. Завтрак великолепный! Единственный минус: окна выходят на дорогу, было шумно для нас. В целом, остались довольны

В общем и целом гостиницу рекомендую! Жили 7 дней в улучшенном номере 403. Это 4-й этаж старинного дома. Пешочком по ощущениям как на 6-й). Отличное расположение. Красиво снаружи и внутри. Чисто. Минусы есть, но они мелкие и, скорее, являются моими придирками, поэтому рейтинг не снижаю). Завтраки по меню, вкусные. Но бывает, что чего-то нет в наличии. TV и Wi-Fi норм. Кондиционер есть. С улицы при открытых окнах ооочень сильный шум по ночам. Кровать удобная, подушка мужу норм, а мне высоковата). Кресла не удобные для сидения. Халат выдали по просьбе без проблем. Каждый день замена полотенец и обеспечение средствами для душа. Вход в гостиницу по домофону, удобно. Здесь же, у входа есть зонты и чистка обуви. У нас было вполне комфортное пребывание в гостинице.Спасибо!

Отличный отель в центре города, уютно, неординарный интерьер. Приветливый персонал, своевременная смена белья, чистота. вкусные завтраки. Спасибо за приятные впечатления, мы остались очень довольны отелем.

Были в этом отеле три раза с интервалов от года до полугода. Почему то любит этот отель наш отдле кадров. Всегда чисто в отеле, персонал в основном приветлив. В целом не плохо, но!!! впервые встретился отель без куллера от слова совсем!! в номере только бокалы, все надо просить... А вот в ресторане при отеле постоянно все меняется....Первый раз были работал паб, было классное крафтовое пиво, очень интересные блюда и готовили вкусно. Завтраки был вкусный часть шведка, а горячее блюдо и кофе заказываешь приносил официант. Второй раз приехали были казалось что в отеле только мы. Завтрак по меню выдавала странная женщина. Причем следила что бы много не сьели, на обед и ужин паб не работал от слова совсем А на ресепшене работала странная администратор, которая два раза неправильно сделала документы на компенсацию... И громко рассказывала большому охраннику как страстно она провела ночь... пока спускались прослушали... Последний раз концепция опять сменилась.... Завтрак шведский стол.... но один раз хороший завтрак, а второй с макарошками.... конечно это лучше чем дама смотрящая в рот. Кафе работает только до обеда, ужинов нет. У дверей отеля запрещена даже остановка... . Стоянка на противоположной стороне улицы у отеля стала платная. Но зато достопримечательности рядом, центр города.

С 30 апреля по 3 мая были в Твери с туристическими целями. Остановились в "Гайд Парке". Отель очень понравился. Выдержан в едином стиле. Номер чистый, кровать удобная. Полотенца меняли каждый день. Есть все необходимое для путешествующих налегке: халат, тапочки, средства для принятия душа, фен, чайник, посуда, мини бар, питьевая вода. Персонал отеля - предупредительный, вежливый. Завтраки были включены в счет за номер. Кафе "Sara" выше всяких похвал. Меню потрясающее. На любой вкус. Красивая подача. Вежливость и приветливость с утра. Ну что еще надо? А когда в день отъезда мы не успевали позавтракать в кафе, нам предоставили возможность взять завтрак с собой. Мы остались так же очень довольны проживанием в самом центре города, где все - в шаговой доступности. Если кто-то собрался ехать в Тверь, то рекомендую остановиться в "Гайд Парке"
