The price is really reasonable. I stayed at this hotel on the way to Sapa. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It will be a good option when traveling to the northern area of Hanoi. I totally recommend this hotel.

DISHONEST IMAGES on TRIP APP
1. when i checked in the hotel address booked in advance, the receptionist directed to the other Royal hotel nearby which was 3stars, not 4 stars as stated. They said it was due to low hotel rate booked. App and actual is different. App is 4 stars and exact address and didnt say there was 3star hotel instead. It seemed like tricking customers.
2. Booking is triple room but in fact twin room.
Please just post exact information so as not to confuse customers.

Old rooms, dirty towels, traces of mold in the bathroom and poor breakfast!

The room was pretty good and quite spacious. The restaurants nearby are not that good. Overall, it's okay to achieve this level in this area. The pho for breakfast was pretty good.
