Good location, nice staffs.
But they charge 35k for missing a pair of flip flops which someone stolen in resorts private beach when I was swimming. Resort should provide one use slipper…
This is 5 star resort so I felt unhappy when was charged this issue even it’s small amount of money.

We are very satisfied and will definitely come back, the space is extremely beautiful and chill. We were warmly welcomed from the moment we checked in, Tra Mi welcomed us with a bright smile, and at breakfast we met her and asked her very enthusiastically. I feel like the atmosphere here is so peaceful and the people are so wonderful. The breakfast buffet has nothing to complain about, it's delicious and we're full.
