The bottom bedroom in the 4 bedroom villa was a little run down. When taking showers, the bathroom is frequently clogged when taking showers.
Customer service is SUPERB. The breakfast food that was served was good.

Good location, nice staffs.
But they charge 35k for missing a pair of flip flops which someone stolen in resorts private beach when I was swimming. Resort should provide one use slipper…
This is 5 star resort so I felt unhappy when was charged this issue even it’s small amount of money.

Absolutely love staying here. Friendly and professional staff, great location and reasonable prices. The resort has a walking tunnel that leads straight to the beach, very convenient.
