Es un hotel muy hermoso!! LÁSTIMA QUE LA LIMPIEZA EN GENERAL NO ES BUENA!!!! LA ALBERCA TIENE EL AGUA TURBIA Y NO LA VACÍAN SOLO SACAN LAS BASURITAS. HAY UNA COMO FUENTE QUE ESTÁ MOHOSA!!! LA SALIDA A LA PLAYA DESPUÉS DE LA REJA QUE LIMITA EL HOTEL ES UN BASURERO!!! LAS HABITACIONES NO LAS ASEAN PROFUNDAMENTE, SÓLO POR ENCIMITA, NO QUITAN LAS BASURITAS DE LOS MUEBLES, NO LAVAN LOS BAÑOS, A VECES NO SACABAN NI LAS TOALLAS MOJADAS!!! EN LA HABITACIÓN 224 Y 226 HABÍAN GOTERAS!!!! EN EL RESTAURANTE AUMENTARON LOS PRECIOS DE LOS DESAYUNOS, PERO LA CALIDAD NO LA MEJORARON!! EL PERSONAL ES AMABLE Y HACEN LO POSIBLE PARA ATENDERNOS EXCELENTEMENTE, PESE A LAS CARECIAS QUE TIENEN!!!!! La verdad el hotel está bien, está cómodo, limpio y tranquilo. La comida aunque solo es desayuno ,bien también...si lo recomiendo ampliamente!! El estacionamiento está bien, y muy cerca un Oxxo para cualquier antojo...solo un poco lejos del centro, pero nada como tú carro o el transporte, bastante bien todo....

Es un hotel sencillo el más grandecito de la zona a la orilla del camino y con salida directa a la playa, la alberca es de buen tamaño y la.conservan limpia y en buen estado, el.persobalnes amable perooooooo esta infestado de cucarachas x todos lados a tooooodas horas, deberían poner más atención en ese tema

Me toco ir poco antes de la vacaciones y el servicio no fue sobresaliente las habitaciones con televisión de antena aérea (muy poco recomendable) cuando en la zona hay otros hoteles que ofrecen más variedad de infontenimiento. Su WiFi estaba dañado así que no tuvimos Internet en toda la estadía. Las almohadas muy malas. Sin embargo la vista es muy buena pues da al mar la piscina limpia y los accesos buenos. La regadera para arena no servia
