Food quality was bad. Housekeeping was terrible . Toilet seat was broken, not fixed in spite of my reminder . TV not working.

It’s the most shi*****t hotel I have ever stayed in…..the bathrooms are the worst it looks like public toilets and the rooms aren’t hygienic at all..it’s full of cockroaches and the WiFi doesn’t work at all….even the air conditioning doesn’t work properly it’s not worth the money at all please stay at some lodges becoz I honestly think that’ll be better than this sh***y hotel

Rooms were not maintained properly. Broken bathroom doors. My stay experience in this hotel during my last visit (2 years back) was also not great, gave a try this time assuming things would have improved. It has become a lot worse.

When i stay there is no wifi, for early check in you ask extra + tax but if some facility is missing from your side, we need to adjust its not fare.

The rooms are very small. The washroom has blockage issues. Okay for a quick in and out. Breakfast was decent but limited. Service can be better.

The srm hotel that we stayed in took great care of us. The stay was very comfortable. They even upgraded the room. The breakfast was tasty. The ala carte chinese and north indian dishes were excellent!
