It's the perfect location if you are attending a wedding or just want to get away from it all and be in the middle of Gods country with 360 degrees of beautiful scenery. Just 15 minutes from New Philadelphia and 3 nearby lakes (Tappan, Leesville, and Atwood). We are just waiting for Fall to approach for this one of a kind. The space 2 bedrooms with queen beds. Two large sectionals and a futon for additional sleeping space. The Butternut is located on 5 acres. Wildlife abundant. Guest access Private drive shared with another residence. Other things to note The cabin is in the country 15 minutes to the nearest town. Very secluded. There are 2 smart tv’s available, but you will need to use your own mobile hotspot to use them. We built this place in 2023 as a getaway. We had local Amish friends custom saw and kiln dry our boards including butternut, white oak, and walnut. We hope you enjoy it as well.
