I stayed for one night. It felt right next to the Grand Canyon. The bathtub was huge and the bubble bath was very comfortable. The room rate did not include breakfast, and I don't know if breakfast was provided.

I originally booked a hotel in the scenic area, but it was cancelled the night before check-in. Ctrip contacted me in time and changed the room for free. Although it was outside the scenic area, it was not far away, and it was more convenient to eat. The hotel was good, the room was large and clean.

The environment is very good. It is close to the scenic spot. The hotel is a bit old, but the front desk and restaurant staff have good service. No one came to clean the house after staying for two nights, so I give a bad review.

It's a very old hotel, with old furniture and carpets, and very old-fashioned light switches. You have to climb into a big bathtub to take a shower. However, if you want to stay closer to the Grand Canyon, this is one of the hotels closest to the gate. There are not many choices for temporary reservations. Between the two hotels with a price of ¥2880 and ¥2400 per night, I chose this one with a higher rating. Arrived around 3:15 pm, and was told that I had to check in after 4 pm, without any concessions; at 6 am, I was suddenly awakened by the old alarm clock in the room, and at 7 pm, I was frightened by the loud sound of the toilet flushing several times upstairs. It was the first time I experienced such poor sound insulation in the room. In the morning, I called the front desk to explain the situation and asked for a delay in checking out. I was actually told that I had to pay 30 dollars per hour. I was so angry that I raised my voice eight degrees to ask about the alarm clock. Only then did I ask my superiors to waive 30 dollars. There was no apology for other things. I suggest that friends who go to the Grand Canyon should first book early, and don't pay such a high fee for such low service like us. Second, if you have the conditions and budget, try to book a newer hotel. It's a very unpleasant experience. I can't help but vent.

When I checked in, I was not satisfied with the room. After I explained the reason to the front desk over the phone, I was immediately given a room change and a breakfast voucher.
