Turunc Premium Hotel

After two hour transfer at night we went to sleep straight away. Woke up to absolutely stunning views! Lovely room with all you need. We have booked All Inclusive, however found ourselves eating out in many restaurants on the *****. Each one of them were amazing. The little town few minutes walk away from the hotel is really nice with many shops. Everyone were very friendly. One restaurant owner gave us some pomegranates straight from the tree. Got loads of presents for the family for very reasonable prices. Food at the hotel is nice and plenty of seating space. Clean throughout. Pool was good as well as children’s pool with slides. Beach was great. Clear water. Children and I enjoyed snorkelling. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully will come back soon. And this time will book a private transfer.

Travelled to this hotel as part of a group of 13 people, a mix of adults and children. Positives * Clean hotel and spotless area around the pool and bars. Staff always cleaning. * lovely pool but cold, plenty of sunbeds, and we didn't need to rush to get beds. * Food was very good, something for everyone. * pool towels could be changed daily. *beautiful sunrise from balcony well worth upgrading to sea view. *jetty on the pier, it's lovely to relax on, but you need to get up early to get beds. *All staff were friendly, especially in the restaurant and the omelette man. *air-conditioning was good in the room. * The animation team was really good, especially the dark-haired lady. She remembered people's names when getting them involved. * The hotel is in such a good position right next to the shops, bars, and restaurants. *lots of great seating areas to chill and have a drink. * The 3 musicians in the evening performing while we had our food were so good. Negatives *bed sheet was thin and rough like a old towel * The selection of drinks was terrible. no pink gin, proseco, dark rum, or malibu, definitely not 5* Bars ran out of certain drinks and was never stocked back up. This left us drinking the same drinks all the time. Cocktails were hit, and miss depends on who made them. The lobby bar was the worst. I've never seen such a low stocked bar. *3 people in our room but only ever left 2 towels for showers, was eventually resolved by guests relation lady.

We spent nearly a week at the Turunc Premium Hotel on our first visit to Turkey, and it exceeded all our expectations. The entire experience was simply wonderful. The hotel offers spacious, well-appointed rooms, a fantastic variety of delicious food, and excellent options for swimming—whether in the beautiful pool or directly in the sea. The spa experience was a highlight, too; we enjoyed a luxurious couples massage package with a foam bath that left us feeling completely relaxed. A special thanks to Inna from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. Her expert recommendations for exploring Turunc and Marmaris added so much to our trip. We truly felt taken care of and can’t wait to return!

Fabulous hotel in a truly gorgeous setting. Set amongst tree lined mountains and blue/turquoise waters, the location is absolutely stunning. The hotel is set right on the beach with ample sun bed use for guests and a jetty that can also be accessed for sunbathing…as long as you’re quick enough! Hotel and entertainment staff (as well as the resident hotel cats) couldn’t be any more attentive, inclusive or friendly; just a gorgeous experience from start to end. Massive shout out to holiday entertainer Iklim who was a consummate professional and the perfect host for many of the hotels evening entertainments. Engaging, energetic and never without a smile on her face, to say Iklim was born to do this is no understatement. Thankyou Iklim and thankyou Turunc Premium, we have truly loved our stay and your beautiful people and scenery.

This was our first time in Turkey, and we were amazed by the country’s beauty. The hotel staff were outstanding—very polite, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel itself was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. However, when it came to food, we found it repetitive. We ended up eating the same meals every day for six days, which became tiring. The variety of fruits was limited, though the soups were delicious. Unfortunately, the cocktails and mocktails weren’t great, so we went out most evenings for drinks. We discovered a wonderful place nearby, the Uptown Pub, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, where we enjoyed great live music. We also noticed a split in the guests: the pool area was mostly British, while the beach had more Russian visitors. This worked out well for us. However, the beach itself was crowded, and people didn’t respect personal space, putting their sunbeds everywhere the sun reached. This made it uncomfortable at times and left little room to walk to the sea or back to the hotel. Shops were conveniently located along the beachfront, about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel’s entertainment was disappointing, both during the day and at night, with events ending around 10:30 PM. Turunc, the town we stayed in, was beautiful, offering stunning views, but it’s far from the airport. The mountain roads leading to it were quite scary, especially if you’re not used to such terrain. On the day we flew back, we booked a TUI trip that included a mud bath and a visit to a stunning beach where we saw large turtles. This turned out to be the best day of our holiday. The package included lunch, plus a hotel pickup and drop-off to the airport, allowing us to relax, shower, and eat before heading home. Overall, Turunc is a beautiful town with breathtaking views and amazing staff, but its distance from the airport and limited food variety were downsides for us.
