We stayed here, via Love holidays for 4nights. We paid a bit extra for a room with a view. The view was really good and the room was clean, basic but comfortable. They did housekeeping on the Thursday and we left Friday, so we would have appreciated a bit more housekeeping. The reception is old fashioned but pleasant. The hallways to your room are dark and like a prison! The food for breakfast was utterly horrendous... would suggest not to pay extra for the awful food. Even the coffee was disgusting. There are lots of great places to eat in the resort. The position of the hotel is great. We noticed a beach area for Meric but absolutely nothing was mentioned to us about this at check in. Staff at reception were efficient but nit particularly friendly and catering staff looked like they would prfer to be anywhere but there. No rapport whatsoever. For the price and location I would recommend but if you want anything above basic look elsewhere.

Don't bother!!! Awful is an understatement, still currently here but home tomorrow, we are a couple who don't mind basic as long as it's clean.... Arrived 8 days ago, first room they offered was a building site with shower parts air vents etc in the shower and sink, filthy dirty! No sockets on the wall, bed stained, walked in and out , 2nd room was not much better but bed cleanish, they said there was no more rooms free but if we stayed there 1 night we would be given a better room, as this was near midnight we agreed to 1 night, filthy, no sockets, no door handles, brown toilet, I could go on, 3rd room the next day, yes we got a better room with sea view and compared to last two it was a great improvement but still a brown toilet, dirty sink,floor, mirrors etc, towels and sheets are grey and stained, I would throw them out! Cleaning staff hit and miss when you see them, we cleaned the room ourselves, bed changed once, had to ask for toilet rolls 3 times, pool not bad and bar staff friendly, in the corridors plaster coming off the wall, please just don't stay here we didn't let it ruin our holiday as turunc is a beautiful place but did depress us a little, I have taken photos of all the rooms we stayed in and someone will be getting a complaint, we have stayed in much better places in turunc so guess we was unlucky DO NOT STAY HERE

I am here at the moment the room is clean but not clean enough. Had to buy bleach for the toilet, cleaning wipes for the floor and didn't get given a kettle for tea or coffee or an iron until the next day. They took the iron out of our room without asking and hadn’t finished using. Towels are grey what are supposed to be white. May as well been thrown away! I wouldn’t recommend staying here as they are many other lovely hotels in the area. Tacky and horrible. Basically act like you aren’t there. No service to deal with complaints. No hot water in the shower since we got here (3 days ago) we asked we got it for one day but went the next morning. Everywhere looks basic and dingy not worth it! Ruins your holiday all together. When you leave the lift to get to your room if you’re on an upstairs floor it’s pitch black in the night and you can’t see until you get to your door. No ironing board had to use the iron on the bed. Cleaning services never comes and cleans properly.

I booked this hotel through Love holidays .. Arriving at the hotel it looked awful from outside .. The reception area was clean but very basic. We was given our room 910 Was supposed to be a sea view .. Well from the side and standing up it was.. Very basic large room No kettle , no cups or glasses, Towels were grey and seen better days I’d have thrown them in the bin. No hot water now for a shower for the last 3 days . Told reception but nothing changed. I had to get bleach for the brown toilet and sink . The floor after going over it with wipes was absolutely dirty . So glad I’ve not got to eat at this horrible hotel.. Never stay here .. I’m not sure how they’ve got the reviews I mean it was 2023 the last review . I’m not sure anyone would have anything good to say about this dreadful place. I’m trying to see it as just a base Very difficult when can’t even get a hot shower ..

Excellent hotel, fully consistent with the description on the website. We were checked in immediately after arrival, which certainly lifted our spirits. The food is excellent, a large selection of dishes, both European and national cuisine. We will definitely come back here! We recommend!

I had a great holiday. The location is fantastic! Turunc is beautiful, peaceful, blue and with clear water. Rooms are funktional, very large. Beatiful sea view from our room. Restaurant is very clean...i did see all the stuff all the time to clean the tables after each servis, bravo!

A good hotel with good staff! The girl at the reception turned out to be from Russia, which made our stay in Turunc much easier! The sea is nearby, the hotel has its own section of the beach, the food is varied, there are many different shops and cafes near the hotel! The logistics are also good - there are buses to Marmaris, there is a sea and regular taxi😎 we liked everything!

I want to leave my review about this hotel. We were lucky to visit it with a big family. We liked everything! The rooms are spacious, the linen is snow-white. The food is varied and delicious for every taste. The staff is polite and helpful, above all praise! The sea is right next door and there is a private beach. We will definitely come back here again.
