The worst hotel experience during the National Day trip to Xinjiang. I checked in on September 29th. The weather was very good that day. It felt hot outdoors in the afternoon. When I checked in at 4 o'clock, the temperature in the room was relatively high. The air conditioner was turned on and it didn't cool down. I called the front desk and asked about arrangements. Someone came to fix it (actually they didn't come), but they didn't tell the hotel that the air conditioner was no longer available. When I passed by the hotel lobby at night, I heard that many people in the tour group were complaining about the heat, so the hotel said that the air conditioner had been suspended and would be turned on again immediately. Then the room temperature became more comfortable after the air conditioning was restored on the first day. Early the next morning, I found that the air conditioner was no longer available. At 7 a.m., the indoor temperature was 34 degrees (as shown in the picture). I asked the front desk to tell them that the air conditioner had stopped again. Considering that the room would be hotter during the day and frequent communication would be troublesome, I chose to check out early. Change the room to a hotel. The price of the hotel I changed to was half that of Kas. It had 24-hour air conditioning and the room was very clean and quiet. In summary, Cass is not cost-effective. Turpan has a large temperature difference between day and night in September and October. Please be careful when choosing a hotel that does not provide air conditioning. However, I would like to commend the hotel front desk for its good service attitude. I am very satisfied with the consultation answers and early check-out handling. I would also like to give special praise to Ctrip. Assisted with early check-out and recommended new hotels to me. The service was timely and the attitude was good. I recommend Ctrip!

It feels like a hotel with Xinjiang characteristics. It’s so big. Even though it’s winter, the scenery is pretty good. I’ll come again in summer. I got a free tour of the wine cellar and a tour around the hotel. The room facilities are also very complete. It’s really This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in Xinjiang. Very clean. The oversized bubble room has a huge bubble pool. I observed it. You can't see the small courtyard room. The terrace room should not have such a big pool. A terrace was built in half. Breakfast was very good. Many categories. Both Chinese and Western breakfast are available. Quite complete. The service was excellent. The service staff are all beautiful and enthusiastic. All requests are answered. In line with hotel prices. The swimming pool in the courtyard is very clean. The bedding is comfortable and soft. There is a small shop and a cheap supermarket next to it. Swimming rings are on sale at reasonable prices. The only thing is the afternoon tea provided. The waiter in the cafe was indifferent and impatient. There are four hotels nearby. There are three e-sports hotels next to it. Both prices are mid-range. Everyone can use the outdoor swimming pool in the courtyard. Breakfast is the same. of a group. well done. Very satisfying experience. The children had great fun playing with water in the room. The grapes from the picking garden are delicious. The food at the restaurant where I had breakfast was good and not expensive. I also experienced it during travel photography. If you want to take pictures, make an appointment in advance for a cool time. I think it’s okay to rent clothes and take photos yourself. This piece is very beautiful and exciting.

As at August 2022, there is daily mucelic acid testing in the park next to the hotel, from 08:20-11:00. Using the Xinjiang health code, I was able to get tested there (as a foreigner) and the results showed up on the app. So, I didn't need to go into a hospital. The hotel is also a short walk away from the museum and a main street with a lot of restaurants that seemed to be popular. Taxis regularly passed in front of the hotel (Didi took a while, in my experience). My room was wide and bright, including the toilet and shower. In fact, the entire hotel feels wide - the lobby, breakfast room, the carpark. The staff were all helpful, even with my poor Chinese and their limited English. The breakfast selection was fair, and everyone seemed to enjoy the food.

Great location and excellent service by the front desk lady and our rooms have been kept really clean everyday by housekeeping lady on 10th floor. Breakfast was ok, could be better if the cooked food was less oily and salty. Coffee machine at the restaurant didn’t work half of the time. Apart from that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. One of the best we’ve stayed at this price range in China. Keep it up. Highly recommended.

Easily one of the top two or three guesthouse experiences I’ve had traveling China over the past decade. While it’s certainly on the higher end of the price spectrum, you definitely get what you pay for and more. The level of detail is immaculate: given how hot and dry Turpan is, they give you as much bottled water you need & leave hydrating facial masks in your room every day. Also, shoutout to the beds—one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on in China—and Japanese toilet. The facilitates and service touches are on par with the best luxury hotel brands which probably go for twice the price or more. But ultimately the people and location are what make this place special. Everyone from the owner to the cleaning staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I ran into the owner at a restaurant and he bought me dinner and introduced me to some local dishes I would have never known to order. The location is 🍇 valley. It’s a quaint little grape producing village with friendly locals and amazing fruit. All in all, Bafeng Retreat is a special place that is perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and take life slowly. Highly recommended.

The executive bed room is very large, especially the hotel's laundry room is very convenient, the staff's service is also very warm, the hotel intimately prepares a humidifier in the room. In short, very good! Definitely come again next time!

Shuangcheng Hotel has an excellent location, just beside the national highway, close to famous scenic spots such as Grape Valley and Flame Mountain, and has convenient transportation; as a state hotel in Turpan, its software, hardware and environment are first-class; especially the breakfast and service are very good . In short, to Turpan, this is a choice you will never regret. Here, I would like to give a special thumbs up to the general manager of the hotel, Mr. Yang, the manager of the food and beverage department, Li, and the beautiful lady Xiao Ma at the front desk, for their professional, high-quality management and service that make guests feel at home!

I came to Xinjiang and chose Haichang Hotel in Turpan, because I looked at the location and listened to it. Next to the national road, in the middle of the two large scenic spots, there is a large parking lot at the door. The lobby gives people a particularly comfortable feeling. The decoration style is particularly good. The business standard room room is also comfortable. Dinner was eaten in the restaurant on the 6th floor. The restaurant was quite big, the environment was super good, especially comfortable, the service attitude of the restaurant waiter was good, especially polite, very respectful of us, especially the restaurant manager Aju Guli was particularly warmly received, we ate in the box, Aqi Guli also brought the waiter in to sing to us. We were very happy. On the second morning, the manager personally sent us a nutritious breakfast. It was really touching. The breakfast was very intimate. Xinjiang specialty dried fruits, decimal ethnic pastries, fruits, especially rich. We are grateful to the young and beautiful A A Guli. To be honest, we really enjoyed the 5-star service in Haichang. We can give a 5-star praise. In the future, I will have to live in Haichang. I hope that Haichang's business will get better and better, so that the boss can make money.
