Impeccable cleanliness, especially within the bathroom. The room was spacious with ac/heating should one need, plus there were lockers and locks to the room door, accessible via key and key fob respectively (likewise the front door). Water and coffees and breakfast is available at the hostel too, as are tour options. Overall, the place is excellent and popular with tourists from around the world. The social spaces are ambulant and there is a cute golden retriever and kitty for bonus points. Would recommend 200%

The new dap Hostel is a good hostel for travellers to explore the surroundings of Turpan. The hostel has basic facilities except no kitchen available for cooking your meal. The hostel is about 4 km away from the city centre.

This place has the soul of Uyghur people. The round bread you can have next to the hostel is incredibly delicious. The whole road is where the Uyghur people lives. The city center has very different vibes. We had a good time taking a tour of Turpan with the driver the hostel organized.
The weather got too cold in the desert area so we could not stay longer here. I hope to come back here in my life. Just one thing, some trains coming to Turpan is very early in the morning. It would be nice if the reception could open earlier in certain days.

I stayed in this hostel for 5 days and it was a beautiful experience. The design, the common areas to meet people coming and going from west to east and the warm attention of the owner and staff makes this place a perfect stay in Turfan.
One good tip: don't waste time waiting for bus 5 just go down the road and take another one.
One good recommendation: enjoy the lovely golden retriever that will welcome you every day 😀

Amazing place to stay in Turpan! Perfect English is spoken and staff is very friendly and helpful. Great common areas and fantastic coffee is available from the cafe at the front. Highly recommend this Hostel.

Great hostel for international travellers. The receptionist is friendly and speaks fluent English - she helped me organise a day tour of the historical sites near Turpan. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. 100% recommend!

Friendly hostel on a cute street with local food. English-speaking staff and you can get a tour for a good price with them. The tour is rather just a booked taxi that takes you to certain spots, but it's surely a better proce tha a random taxi, and the driver already knows where to take you, location by location.

Most favourite couple bedroom. Very cool hostel located next to local outdoor food stands. Tasty mushroom and lamb skewers. In the morning next door, the home made clay pot buns are delicious!

The best hostel experience in China. The staff spoke English which is always appreciated in China. They offer a great variety of different tours and shared rides to sights in Tulufan. The common areas are cozy. The shared room was big and beds have curtains a d sockets!
