從沙漠公路回來後進入到一個放鬆階段，也是本次新疆行的最後幾天，在吐魯番我選擇了這家酒店，一個是對於全季品牌的信任，另一個是停車方便。酒店前台服務熱情，對於當地的景點和美食都非常耐心的講解，另外在疫情這個特殊時間裏酒店工作人員認真耐心的幫助我們兩口進行相關環節註冊，放心進住，並且對於我們提出的要求都盡力滿足。房間寬敞，床很舒服，熱水很好，真的是一次不錯的越級體驗。

旅行出差經常選擇全季，服務周到，工作人員禮貌熱心，前台服務認真負責一直是全季的風格。早餐也不錯，和其他的全季都是差不多的配置，周圍很熱鬧，交通出行及停車都很方便。不過這次沒有滿分的原因是很致命的一個失誤，我們這次住了兩晚，第二天服務員送的水有一瓶是打開過的，希望下次一定要注意檢查好，差點直接喝了。總體體驗不錯，吐魯番的性價比也可以，推薦！

基礎環境應該都是統一風格，還算過得去，細節方面不好，洗漱用品質量太差，有待於提高，早餐環境也不太好，菜品質量還需要進步，希望儘快改進。

全家第一次來吐魯番旅遊，入住全季酒店，非常滿意。
位於市中心又相對安靜地段，交通方便，周邊餐飲店多。
房間大且明亮乾淨，我們訂的家庭房，兩個床鋪都是一米五的，整齊舒適，服務員熱情友好，天氣乾燥都主動給足飲用水。晚上還送水果和酸奶。
我們來的第一天到店，是早八點鐘，當地人很多還剛起床，大部分店鋪也不開門，接待負責人貼心地另加安排了早餐給我們。非常感動。
外出時保安師傅還幫我們到馬路邊去打車，用當地語言同出租車司機講清目的地。

房間比較大，也比較安靜，前台工作人員服務也很熱情。酒店的自助早餐味道也挺好的，下次如果還來吐魯番，還會選擇這家。

房間挺好的，樓下前台的美女服務也很好，就是早餐稍微單一一點但是也是常規的，還不錯吧，説得要挺好，還貼心給我説去哪買葡萄乾！
