I called the front desk to communicate whether the air conditioner can cool. The front desk said that the central air conditioner and the floor heating are the same host. There is no way to adjust it or solve it. If it is too hot, let us lock the door and sleep with a small gap. Although the outside door cannot be opened, it is a bit wrong to sleep with the door open. In the end, it was too hot and I slept with the door open. The next day, I had a cough and a fever. It is not recommended to stay in winter

設施：1.隔音差，很差，非常差！跟朋友入住的，第一晚可能隔壁是空房，讓我誤以為這酒店隔音不錯，所以又續住了兩天。第二天凌晨入住了一對情侶，兩點多開始****，聲音非常清晰，因為朋友已經睡着，我就放棄投訴了。第三天這對情侶聊了一晚上的天，持續不斷的交談，期間夾雜着大喊大叫大笑，我實在睡不着，打電話讓前台提醒一下，無果。無奈，戴上耳機才能睡着。。酒店壓根沒有隔音措施！ 2.洗衣房衹有一台洗衣機一台烘衣機，衣服洗好後沒有乾淨地方可以放。我踩點過去拿烘乾的衣服，已經被其他沒素質的房客取出來丟在了洗手枱上！ 服務：工作人員態度倒是很不錯，但是解決不了我提出的問題

酒店在高昌區，停車很方便，房間也還不錯，但是到了晚上發現很吵，過道來往客人説話聲，打電話聲，以及關門時我們住的房間都會有震動，隔音太差了，休息不好，補房卡時前台態度一般，一點不熱情，電視也不能看
