Good location for what we needed, easy check-in, common areas are nice.
Room was poorly cleaned with a great deal of dust on bed head, crumbs on the chairs and hair balls on the floor of the shower.
Given it's on a main road it should have double glazing. The air-conditioning did not work and it was a warm night.
Housekeeping tried to barge in at 9:40am - check out isn't until 10am and I'm not sure why I should be bothered before then.
On the whole I would not go back and did not find it value for money.

We stayed at the hotel for a few nights and had a lovely stay. The rooms were comfortable, very quiet, and offered great value for money. It was a relaxing experience overall, and we appreciated how peaceful the environment was. Would happily stay again!

Located right opposite to the MacArthur Avenue light rail station so it is very convenient to get to CBD. Service was nice. The restaurant was closed for quite some time already though. Also you’ll have to pay a $100 deposit when you’re checking in.

lovely room and view. Would have been good if there were 2 extra single blankets in the room instead of 1 queen size quilt. We had 2 single beds.
Would be better to have a separate light for the kitchen area instead of having to light up the whole area when only kitchen is needed.
Crockery and cutlery and refrigerator were adequate for our needs as was the TV service and reception.
We did not purchase breakfast as the price is a bit high for 2 seniors. Perhaps we could share that meal if possible.

Fantastic service and well-behaved staff. Importantly is the location which makes it away from the busyness of the CBD but not far from city. Just 2 minutes by metro which is 1 minute away from the hotel.
