Numa Bay Exclusive Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive

I have been travelling to Turkey for over 25 years and have been to a variety of different hotels. This trip was my first time to Anlaya. We travelled as a family of 4, as two adults and 2 children age 5 and 8 years. The moment we arrived I was impressed with how grand the hotel looked. There was juice, apples, mints and Turkish delight in reception. We were checked in quickly and our bags were taken to our room. The room was spacious and extremely clean. The food at the hotel has been excellent for the whole two weeks we've been here. We have always found something to eat and there is so much choice. The kids buffet was a great idea too. The restaurant staff all work really hard clearing tables and they are very polite. The kids club was very good, again made special by the staff Akin and Martina were excellent with the kids. The Al la Carte restaurant was excellent and again the staff were all friendly and attentive. Our drinks were always really nice and this is the first hotel in Turkey that uses good spirits,all cocktails tasted like they would back home. The entertainment team go out of their way to keep to involved and busy. Jonny and Kayta in particular always make time to check in and make sure everyone is having fun. The people working around the pool don't stop all day collecting glasses and we've never seen dirty glasses or plates being left. The evening entertainment was really good and the kids enjoyed the mini disco, we enjoyed the shows especially the Colombian dancers who were outstanding. The spa was clean and staff here were also really friendly. The guest services team were the best I've ever had on holiday. Nothing was too much for them. One lady discovered it was my birthday and she arranged for the room to be decorated and a small gift was sent. The main man of Numa Bay is Dean from guest services. He walks around all day checking that people are OK and dealing with any requests. He went out of his way to make sure we knew where everything was and what was available as guests. He always has a smile on his face and its clear he is extremely professional and good at his job. We knew if we did have an issue (which we didnt) that Dean was the man to sort it. We heard other guests say exactly the same. We love Numa and will definitely be coming back!!

Returning guests amazing place❤️we absolutely love the Numa bay! Traveling with kids from 5-14 years and so much for them to do! Big shout out to Dean( Steve) who has been absolutely amazing during our returning visit! Definitely an asset to the hotel! As is Victor both go above and beyond! Hotel is so clean Entertainment brilliant! Good and drinks they deserve a Michelin award! You will never go hungry! Or thirsty strong good quality drinks! Coffee bar is amazing Hotel is situated in a beautiful location! The wok house was amazing! Alibabas is brilliant especially the snack service! Beach is beautiful Returning guest party was fabulous and made you feel like family! We really don't want to go home!! But be sure we will be back next year for a visit of not before ❤️ Thank you Numa bay for another wonderful stay!

We just got back from a week at Numa bay exclusive hotel . We had a great week the hotel has everything you could want for a family holiday . Pool and slides were all really clean and kids loved the slides splash area which is really safe . The restaurants where all lovely we eat at all of them during our stay and was really impressed we was never hungry. My son loved the ice hot chocolate from the patisserie and free ice lolly’s which are located around the hotel during the day . Room was spacious and cleaned everyday . The beach area and beach bar area is beautiful our favourite place to chill with a cocktail (they are all made fresh in front of you and are really good ) Ali baba do delicious freshly cooked pizza which was lovely and there was fresh kebabs on our last day made in front of you . The kids loved the park area and the grounds of the hotel are really nice. This is a perfect hotel for a family we never spent a penny on eating out or drinking out as the hotel had everything you could want. We went on a boat trip the big kral which was good day out .Dean from guest relations was really friendly always come to see us and chatted to us also was really informative on where to go to book our boat trip and always made an effort to chat to the kids. We would definitely come back to this hotel it really made our stay in beautiful Alanya !

Recently returned from a 2-week stay here, a great hotel with good facilities. The direct transfer time is around 1 hour and 30 mins from Antalya airport. According to the ratings it’s a five-star hotel, maybe by Turkish standards, but I would say it’s a good 4-star hotel. I have stayed in many other 5-stars around the world, and this is not an international 5-star hotel, in my opinion. BUT - Check in was quick and an easy process. The reception staff were very friendly. We had rooms on the 4th Floor of building one with inland views. First impressions good, on closer inspection, missing a little TLC, but this would not stop us visiting again. Dusty in places, under the bed and cabling behind the TV. The choice of savory food with great with themed nights, there is a small children’s buffet area. The desserts looked lovely and presentation wonderful, but we found them very bland, maybe just the Turkish way. There are three la a carte dining options. Hotel pools all good, Entertainment was good and the staff very enthusiastic and lovely people. The guest relations team, especially English Dean, was always very helpful and checking in and asking if anything was needed. In my opinion a few small tweaks would help, heating the kids slide pool, it was freezing. Try to do something about the slippery surfaces, especially around the pools. Smoke free dining, it was terrible to have smokers around us in the dining room / space. The beach needs to be cleared daily; rubbish and cigarette ends. Plenty of tourist shops just outside the hotel, Euros is best payment currency, everything is priced in Euros and it you take Turkey Lira you have to ask for the equivalent. You can still haggle on the price a little bit, but nothing like you could do years ago. All in all a great family holiday and we would return.

I would just like to say that my 3rd trip to numa exclusive is as good as the 1st 7 years ago.. the rooms are really clean and the staff are really friendly and there’s a few staff who go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as a holiday should be..I would like to say many thanks to Dean in guest relations who is always checking on us to make sure we are all ok.. his only downfall is he’s a West Ham fan.. Elif also is one of the sweetest ladies that we have met and has always got time for you as have all customer relations who really go the extra yard to help us with our autistic son..victor in the main bar area is one of the best he’s been so kind to us on every trip here he just doesn’t stop such a hard worker..we had a lovely meal in joes bar and the staff really made our evening a pleasant experience.. not to forget the food my steaks were to die for.. so thanks again for a memorable stay at a great hotel which I highly recommend and we will be back.. We are having a wonderful time at this amazing hotel, we went to Joes Grill on Wednesday and it was amazing the staff were very friendly and welcoming, we had lunch at Ali Baba’s restaurant and they were fantastic my adult son has autism and they were so kind and made sure everything was ok for him and us will definitely be going back again, the cleaning staff are brilliant and the hotel is very clean, Victor who works at the main bar works so hard to make sure everyone is happy and has what they need, Elif is one of the kindest sweetest people I have ever met and is so helpful she will go above and beyond to make your stay perfect she is a very genuine person and nothing is to much trouble, Dean who works for customer relations is also very kind and helpful with anything you need.
