We stayed at Eftalia Village in July 2025 as a family (2 adults, 3 children aged 13, 10, and 2). Unfortunately, our experience was overall disappointing – especially for a family holiday. 🛏️ Room & Extra Charges We booked a “Large Standard Room” through TUI, expecting enough space for our family. However, the room turned out to be a single space with one double bed, one single bed, and a couch – far too small for five people. After a long journey with a toddler, we felt we had no choice but to pay an additional €180 for an upgrade to a “Family Room.” 🔊 Noise & Atmosphere The resort is not suitable for families seeking rest and relaxation. Until the very last day, it was extremely noisy: loud music until 2 a.m., many guests drinking heavily and being disruptive throughout the night. Our room was located directly next to the local market and bar area, which added even more noise. The walls are very thin, so you hear everything from outside and from neighboring rooms. The loud buggies driving around at night made it even worse. 🍴 All-Inclusive & Service The “all-inclusive” concept is quite limited – many things require an extra charge, and prices are fairly high. While most staff members were polite and helpful, a few were surprisingly rude and unfriendly. On the positive side, the housekeeping team deserves special mention: the cleaning staff was very friendly and kept our room spotlessly clean throughout our stay. ✅ Positive Aspects ✔ Pool areas are well distributed and good for children. ✔ The food was the best part of our stay – delicious, fresh, and varied. ✔ Housekeeping staff were excellent and always ensured the room was very clean. ❌ Final Verdict This resort is not recommended for families with small children. It is clearly designed for guests looking for parties and nightlife rather than quiet, family-friendly holidays. If you’re seeking relaxation, we would suggest looking elsewhere.
