best hotel ever this is our 2nd year here… everyone so friendly the entertainment team was amazing especially Eren… he made our family holiday… would recommend this hotel to anyone there is something for everyone here… we will be definitely be back next year

I arrived at The Alaiye Resort, on May, the 15th and I have been staying here for a few days. As soon as I Arrived at the Alaiye Resort, I was welcomed by İrem Tekin, the Guest Relations Manager. She is truly professional, friendly, and attentive. Her work is remarkable, and she was very helpful throughout my stay. The complex consists of a main building and six other buildings. It is large, very clean, and well-organized. The reception staff is welcoming and efficient. My room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Access to the sea is easy thanks to a direct path from the hotel. Just across the street is Alaiye Park, with a large swimming pool, sports fields (soccer, volleyball, tennis), and a snack bar for lunch. The main restaurant offers a varied and high-quality cuisine. In addition, three à la carte restaurants are available: one serving Turkish cuisine, one serving Mediterranean cuisine, and one serving Chinese cuisine, offering a variety of dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay in the Alanya region. Many thanks again to İrem Tekin for her excellent work and kindness throughout the week!

Our stay at the Alaiye was great with our family. The hotel is very clean and can always see they are cleaning it continuously, the rooms are lovely and big. The dining halls always had plenty seats and same with the entertainment. The food was okay and fresh however it could do with a change, it seemed most nights it was some sort of stew and sometimes fish. The snack back during the day was great although repetitive.They didn’t cater much for people from the UK. We did eat at the Chinese one night but the food was very salty. The pools were always a tad cold always, they’re not heated so always had to wait till afternoon for wee one to go in. The water park across the road is nice and quiet, it also has its own snack bar. The kids club is great during the day my wee one absolutely loved it and looked forward to seeing them at night. The beach was lovely but only went down once and went on the jet skis. It is in small area with few bars and shops but got enough there. We booked excursions through a rep on the Facebook group, we had great time at Canyon & Private boat. I definitely recommend for families and would maybe return if returned to Alanya.

Had a great time , all the staff work incredibly hard especially Eren on the animation team . The hotel is constantly being cleaned and polished our room maid was excellent. The beach is 3 minutes walk and and is lovely. Hopefully will be coming back again next year .

We had such an amazing time, back again this year and even better than last year. Eren was fantastic and the whole animation team made us feel very welcome. The staff in the bar and restaurants where amazing, especially Marat in the main bar. Thank you guys 🙏

Had a great stay at Alaiye resort. The entertainment team were great fun particularly Eren who had all put family entertained during our stay. The food in the restaurant was great although there could be more of a variety for children but we could not complain. We had no problems getting sunbed by the pool everyday and there was plenty of areas to relax. We will return to this hotel.

Just had a great 10 days at this hotel. Great family holiday kids loved every minute of it. Plenty too do on site, staff and entertainment team especially Eren were great, always getting people involved around the pool and he had plenty of time for everyone top lad. Food was nice bit repetitive at times. Would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.
