We had an unforgettable experience thanks to Barış. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially with our children. He played with them, made them smile, and turned every meal into a joyful moment. Our kids absolutely loved him, and so did we. He is truly the best staff member, and we are very grateful for his kindness and warmth! 💓

The hotel is very nice. The staff is so welcoming and did everything as the should. The beach on the sea was cleaned all the time by the hotel workers and the water was perfect. The food was fresh all the time and they have allot of choice. The worker for guest relation Irem was very nice and willing to help us for everything we need. In overal we are very satisfied with the whole stay and and the staff. Deffinitly will be coming again!

5 Stars… on Paper Only If there was a medal for “doing just enough to technically qualify as 5 star,” this place would win gold. On paper, it’s ticking every box — in reality, it’s bang average. Yes, it’s clean. Yes, most of the staff are friendly (the rest are… “in training,” let’s say). The activities were decent in the day, and the pool was OK — although it was warm enough to poach an egg. The kids loved the slides, but getting a sunbed was like entering The Hunger Games. Food-wise, the jacket potatoes at lunch were a highlight… which tells you everything you need to know about the rest of the menu. Basic, repetitive all-inclusive that you can set your watch to. And then there’s the air con. The lobby and puzzle bar systems are switched off at midnight, even if people are still sat there sweating into their drinks. Genius move. In summary: it’s the perfect place if you want to technically say you stayed in a 5-star hotel, while experiencing a solid 3-star holiday.

Positive: Hotel is amazing. Lot of activities. Aquapark is really good . Really clean , everyday room had a clean and new towels. Food is good. Lot of options. Staff is really friendlies Confort . Beach is amazing Rooms comfortable. Spa is nice Nice desserts , ice cream . Shops inside is very good Service is very good . Ottawa restaurant is the best ...the food is really good.. what experience we had. Negative: Some days the room still isnt clean after lunch Entreteriment is always the same . For teenagers aren't good because they mix with aadults and don't have any activities for just kids between 7 and 15yo. Entreteriment team is avarage , but missing international experience. One day in the football, the entreteriment staff call me to kick the ball more light, but another staff from entertainment team play as well and kick really hard. I didn't understand why he talk to me. But its OK. Food most has the same seasoning base . 90% same taste. Drinks is not good gym : for resort 5 stars is poor . Noise after 11pm and over night around the rooms.

Amazing experience at the resort. Great team of people, the hotel is spotless. Food is great, always a different theme and plenty of options, rooms could do with an update but for the amount of time you spend in them it’s not a problem. The restaurants are great we booked into the Chinese restaurant and the food was amazing. We would love to come back next year! The pools where spotless, you do have to get up a little early to put towels out at the main pool but at the splash park we didn’t have a problem finding beds. The main lobby bar staff are great, zgur kan was amazing! Always a smile and very attentive, just a great holiday!

We have just returned from 10 days at this hotel. The only small criticism are the booking of the restaurants/times (9.30-3.30) as we were either out for the day or busy round the pool or beach. When we arrived my friends were given a double room for 3 of them and this was changed within 12 hours. There were 7 of us and we have all thoroughly enjoyed our time here couldn't fault it.
