Arrived around 7pm after a 2 hour transfer from Antalya airport. We were greeted by very friendly reception staff. Shown to our room and information about pool, all inclusive, meal times etc. Room was nice, clean, tidy and all you need really. A nice touch was a fresh bottle of water in the fridge each day. Large pool areas, slides are on for long periods with the occasional break. Bar snacks are good and varied. Only down side is ice cream not being readily available with the bar snacks. Only available 3pm-4pm and long queues for it. I found all of the staff to be helpful and nice. There is a spa, shop and hairdresser all in the hotel with only a short walk to local shops and markets. The hotel offers a shuttle to their own private beach which is well kept with good facilities and sun loungers along with bar snacks and drinks. There are opportunities to book trips through the rep with transfers to and from included in the price. Highly recommend the pirate boat trip and land of legends. The food overall was good, however more European food would help for fussy eaters. Whilst the entertainment staff try their best however the programme could be more varied and advertised better as we didn’t know where it was held until our 3rd night. A personal note of mine is that it would have been good to have some varied musics on throughout the day and into the evening. Overall a great holiday at a great price. Thank you for a lovely stay

Very clean in all areas around the hotel Good variety of food choices during the day Friendly staff,doctor on site and other people who can help accommodate needs for excursions Good area outside the hotel with the amount of shops being close by Disappointed in the limited amount of drinks on offer for an all inclusive resort and if drinks are purchased it cost 9€ Stray dogs and cats are in area Slides are turned on occasionally through out the day for around a hour Ice cream is served 3-4pm only with only 2 flavours Pools are 120cm depth No entertainment at night

We came to the mermaid village and our stay was the best, all the staff was so caring and attentive to everyone, they was absolutely fantastic with my little girl making sure she had the best time. Hotel was clean and tidy and drinks and food was brilliant, I recommend and will definitely be returning.

Very nice hotel! The food and the service was very good. We never had a boring time here it was always something fun to do. yhey had zumba on the pool and really fun pool activities everyday!

We were in Club Mermaid in Turkler in 2025 and unfortunately we have mixed feelings. Minus: • You still have to pay extra for Wi-Fi – in a four-star hotel it is a big surprise. • Food only average, often repeats. • Service is different – some people are nice, but not everyone. • The worst were the people selling additional attractions (for example restaurant, tattoos). They were very pushy, every moment approached, asked for Instagram or some contact details. Even if you say once or twice no, it does not reach them, which spoils the comfort of holidays. Plus: • Swimming pool very clean. • Animators polite, nice and organize cool parties. • Bar staff and reception very nice. • Cleaning of the room maybe not on high level, but cleaning ladies do what they can in the time they have. Summing up – the biggest minus were these, how I would call them, naggers, who can really ruin rest. Because of this I do not recommend this hotel.

I came this Hotel with my Family and we really like it espesionally the Nights Shows. And also I Always join water gym and Aqua Zumba.. thank you for dilek to them funny❤️❤️🩷💕

Its not a top modern hotell, its not a place you can spend 7 days in only at the hotel. But for the money it costs it 10/10. The Room was big enough for my family (we are 6 persons) we had a 2 story appartment close too the main resturant with a view of the small pool. The food diners, lunch and breakfest is top notch, the lunches at the snack bar is a bit repetative but what can you expect they had burgers, fries, chicken nuggets. Most days we went to the beach. they even offer you a free ride down. (takes 10 ish minutes to walk) at the beach they have a snack bar, offering lunch and drinks. (icecream for a cost). During the day they have diffrent activities, (dart, painting your own t-shirt (for a cost) dancing by the pool with staff. Miniclub for kids. The staff overall was very friendly and willing to help. Water slides are fun for the kids and open at certain hours. (they have a lifeguard at those times) After dinner time they (most days) have some form of activity for kids (mini disco etc) and later at night they have som form of show (turkish dance, trivia etc) wasent the best shows iv seen but good enough for us to watch it for a while before bed. really close to stores and resturants if you get tired of seeing the same walls, people all day. Cant remember the name of the resturant now, but it was a steakhouse offering great food and prices close by. (they have 1Liter beers :)) We also went to alanya town one afternoon and spent the day shoping and walking around. (it takes ca 20minutes to alanya center by car) Im giving the experience a 10/10. And we actually booked another trip this oktober(2025) to the same place. It was a third of the price compared to the hotells close by. See you soon ClubMermaid

I have no idea who writes the reviews for this place but I feel like I stayed in a totally different hotel. The vast majority of the staff lack any kind of basic courtesy. Simple things like smiling, saying hello or good morning do not exist here. Apart from a middle aged man at the desk who works here during the season and goes home to The pictures of the hotel make the pool and outdoor areas seem huge when in actual fact the place is extremely small for the amount of people they have tried to cram in. They charge €7 a day for WiFi in your room and a single shot of a real spirit is €10. Myself and my partner have traveled to lots of different countries and have met some amazing people from the various places we have stayed but this certainly isn't one of them. The rooms are massively tired and again look nothing like the pictures. We had asked for a light to be changed and for the mould in the shower to be cleaned but it took the hotel staff 3 days to sort this. Your also very lucky if the cleaners actually make it to your room, as mentioned the room was only cleaned twice during out 7 night stay even with us asking every day for someone to just do basic things like mop the floors and replace toilet roll. The meat served at dinner however was wonderful every time but the other options were definitely lacking any kind of flavour or consistency in what kind of theme they were going for. Nearly every man above the age of 35 in the hotel are extremely rude to women and simply refuse to answer any question from a woman. My fiancé asked a question about dinner times on our 2 day and was told to go to reception by 2 men, but when I asked I was given an answer. Albeit in an extremely rude way but still. We checked this theory multiple times as I asked my fiancé to attempt to get an answer to a different question the next day, she was met with the same answer. But my question was answered. Some of turkey is beyond beautiful but this place will leave you extremely disappointed, especially when you are surrounded with much better hotels that will literally cost you an extra €100 . The owner of the hotel also eats with guests at dinner time but has a huge table and is served food by his dedicated waiter and never eats from the menu. Definitely feels like the weirdest power trip I've ever seen. He is also the only person allowed to smoke in the dining hall which again is super strange? Me and my partner made the best of our time and enjoyed eachother as we always do but please don't give these people your money when there are literally 100 better options within a 10 min radius of this place

Hotel lovely, good size family apartment. Food lovely authentic Turkish 🇹🇷 Pools clean & good fun Evening entertainment good We had a lovely 10 days here. Went on green canyon trip with flying horse company was so much fun & lovely views , also boat trip & dirt buggies all great days out, highly recommended.

Very friendly staff, especially at reception. A lady they call Neda was super nice and very professional. Delicious food and a very friendly atmosphere. I can only recommend it.

Sorry but this review will be long but I want people to get the full picture. Ignore all reviews and make your own decision. Looking at the reviews before we arrived on Tripadvisor we were absolutely dreading it. But we were absolutely surprised by what we were greeted by in a good way. We arrived at just before midnight and were offered food only in the way of soup but it was still food nonetheless after a long day travelling. It is definitely worth booking a private transfer as heard it took some people 3hrs from the airport it only took 1hr 20mins in the private transfer. Room- positives- we had a duplex room for 5 people and it was spacious clean probably one of the best rooms we have stayed in as a family. Negatives- room is only cleaned every 3 days, had to ask for extra towels as only 3 towels for 5 people, had to ask for more water and toilet roll regularly. The fly screen fell out of the balcony door and yet again they wasn’t bother when reported. The sheet for the double bed was only enough to cover one person it was fine for me as I’m a hot person and had the a/c on all night but thought you’d like to know. Pool- Positives- great pool area can not fault it. The slides were great. One lifeguard Erdoğan was amazing he was friendly and was able to have a laugh and joke. Great entertainment poolside. Negatives- Lifeguards were inconsistent if you was anything other than English then rules didn’t apply. One lifeguard tried it on with anyone that was female and didn’t care about anything other than females, getting a tan or his phone. I cut my leg on the grate at the side of the slides (I put my foot on it and it literally snapped the grate. Reported it to the lifeguard and reception. No first aid offered but the lifeguard seemed more bother than reception. Sunbeds- Positives- they are quite comfortable and enough for the guests. The elevated sunbed area gets the sun all day so is perfect for the sun lovers. Negatives- as a family you have to get up early to get them together and by the pool to be able to keep an eye on your younger guests swimming. Entertainment- Positives- the entertainment team are amazing probably the best I have ever seen they work tirelessly and you can see they love their jobs. My daughter took a shine to Dilek and Omur and they embraced it and made a point of coming to say morning to her every day. They are amazing at their job. Negatives- bingo is €15 a full strip and prizes are shocking, they hold a beach party but charge €20 per person and you have to buy your drinks- as a party of 5 would of been too expensive so we was priced out of that. Bar- Positives- the bar staff work so hard and really are attentive, the drinks aren’t strong like previous reviews. Tip them and you will get table service all night. Rafi is amazing, service with a smile every time. Mehmet was amazing as well. Negatives- All inclusive is not all inclusive. Certain nationalities get the premium brand drinks English get local(

I am giving this hotel 2 stars because overall it was a very disappointing experience. When we first arrived, the hotel was fully booked, and despite our confirmed reservation, we were not given the duplex room we had paid for. After a long and tiring conversation, we were offered a very poor-quality family room. The bedsheets and blankets were dirty, and the air conditioning was either broken or so noisy that it was impossible to rest properly. To make matters worse, you couldn’t even control the temperature. Only after two days of complaints did the hotel finally move us to the duplex room we had originally booked. Although this is advertised as “all-inclusive,” many basic amenities such as internet, towels, and the room safe required extra payment, which was frustrating and felt misleading. The food was another big letdown — lunch had almost no variety, and overall the quality of the food was poor and repetitive. For an all-inclusive resort, this was far below expectations. The only saving grace of this hotel was the staff. Most of them were friendly and tried to help within their limits, but one receptionist in particular, Neda, truly stood out. She was wonderful, attentive, and always went the extra mile to help both us and other guests. Every time I went to reception, I saw her dealing with another frustrated guest, doing her best to solve problems caused by the hotel’s poor management and service. Without her efforts, our stay would have been even worse. In short, the facilities, cleanliness, food, and management left a lot to be desired, and I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience. The staff, and especially Neda, deserve recognition for their hard work, but sadly, the overall hotel service and quality did not match the standards expected for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.
