Very racist staff members. Not helpful in the slightest. Difficult to communicate needs and requests. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, if you are thinking of coming, choose a different hotel. NOT club mermaid!

We came to the mermaid village and our stay was the best, all the staff was so caring and attentive to everyone, they was absolutely fantastic with my little girl making sure she had the best time. Hotel was clean and tidy and drinks and food was brilliant, I recommend and will definitely be returning.

The animation team was really good my favourite worker was kadircan but the music was one repeat the whole holiday other wise it was really good there was a good choice in food a lot of variety in cafe which was good , lots of activity’s ran by the animation team which kept it interesting

Best hotel ever been to staff so frendily would 1000% recommend so good with kids best pool and evrything so good with kids clean nice food rooms are clean staff are very kind very nice beach and lovley hotel to stay at and ramazam was my favourite staff there

It was very good Annimation was funny The games were good The room was clean Reception helpt us good The club illusion was very fun and good music. There were good things for kids my sister liked it. The bed at the pool were very relaxing There were a lott of choices in food The massages are good

Lovely hotel,staff are very friendly.animation team is very good especially ramazan.lack of English with staff can be a problem but very friendly.we asked for manager to sort a small problem and done right away.miss Ayse general manger was great.amphitheatre good.location.

Good hotel,good animation team,very persuasive.some staff in hotel lacking english.great holiday.beach bar very good,but watch out not to get the last train back.pool bar food very good.swimming pools good although quiet pool was cold. Animation ramazan was amazing.

I heartily recommend. The hotel has experienced animators. Lots of organized activities. clean pools :). I recommend. Very good food. Once a week a Turkish evening with live music and Turkish delicacies. Super super super super super super

This is a lovely hotel,everything’s clean and so much fun,my little sisters entertained and the rooms are so comforting and warm,bars and pools are very good,lovely workers-always talking to you and being friendly especially with children. Ramazan is my favourite worker,very talkative and sweet.

Had Fun with my Family (3 kids 12-15 y). 7 days, all-inclusive. Here was everything U need: Good food, drink, pool, slides, activities, sports… Music on the pool was a bit loud. A bit voice of traffic and the call of the mosque at 05:30. Good animation

We had booked the family room, it was not ready on arrival. So one night with 4 people in one room. Small room, dated but clean. As compensation we got free wifi, this is normally paid for. And a bottle of red wine. the family room is nicely spacious, spread over 2 floors and overlooking the garden from 1 of the 3 balconies. Private sunbeds on the balconies and a nice seating area. The family room has 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms. The sofas downstairs can also be converted into 2 beds. So definitely suitable for 6 people. The air conditioning works minimally and switches off when opening the balcony doors. As it gets quite warm during the day, it would be nice if the air conditioning could stay on longer. Now it switched off when the pass goes out of the holder. An extra pass was not possible. The food in the restaurant is good, often the same and the hot dishes not hot and the dishes that should be cold not cold. And you have to pay extra for fresh orange jus. cocktails and other alcoholic drinks require a lot of extra payment. And the free drinks are not tasty and very limited. the pools are good, very clean and also the slides are safe. The lifeguards present do not add much. Sit on their phones and smoke all day. food by the pool is good but again little variety. Staff are friendly and do their best. Cleaning is good and towels and beds are changed regularly. Animation team organises a lot and tries to get everyone involved. The spa is highly recommended, had a lovely hammam and good massage. The masseurs know what they are talking about. However, they do insist a lot on taking a massage. This is also with the pictures, tattoos and shopping in the hotel. These try to sell a lot of extra. The guy from the tattoos was way too pushy and got angry because we didn't want one. When lying quietly by the pool, you are asked about 3-4 times a day to go to a nearby restaurant or bar. Also very pushy. On the sandy beach, they have a nice bar with clean toilets, showers and good food. The free shuttle is funny, all of us in a cart behind a tractor. It is also good to walk 750 metres. Like the hotel, they have plenty of sunbeds there and plenty of opportunities to lie in the shade! it's a good hotel and with some minor adjustments it could be much better!!! We are going to enjoy our holiday for a few more days!

Myself and my family went here back in June 2024, this was 5 adults and 6 children, youngest being 1 years old. Firstly, we arrived late and we were told we couldn’t have any food as we were too late. They took nearly an hour to show us to our rooms. The room was small but okay, nothing special. The rest of the holiday was awful, the food was absolutely horrendous, repetitive and tasteless, 6 of us ended up very poorly. Ice creams were only available 1 hour of the day. By the evening there was only ever one bar open for drinks, which caused very long cues and wait times. The entertainment was not good at all, I think there was only one night out of the 7 where we thought the entertainment was okay. Our room was only cleaned once whilst there and our toilet began to smell like drain. The toilets by the pool smelt absolutely vile, and were not maintained and cleaned through the day. I think only around 2/3 of the staff members were nice, the rest just plain rude and abrupt. We would never return to this hotel again. Definitely no where near a four star!

On arrival just before midnight our room wasn’t ready, was told there was an electrical fault we had booked ahead a less abled room. We were eventually shown to our room which wasn’t a less abled room so had to stay in the room then was moved after breakfast the day after. We paid for a safe and wifi reasonably priced to be honest. The safe I would save your money as they let you set the code yet any four digit number opens the safe so pointless. When we were moved the room was lovely and spacious, the wet room had some mould but was clean. Cleaners saw one a couple of times only changed the towels, made the beds and that was it really do the floors did not get cleaned once whilst we were there. The hotel itself is beautiful inside as were the gardens. Staff reception-rude & unhelpful, restaurant staff-amazing really friendly and helpful, bar staff-had to put up with some really rude holiday makers and were pretty gaurded which is understandable. The pools were clean and looked amazing, the slides were only available at certain times, life guards were friendly and always present. Entertainment was pretty rubbish to be honest and very dire worst I’ve encountered. Whilst bathing around the pool there was a restaurant guy that came round to promote his place with free pick up service and left a menu and off he went as well as this a tattoo studio guy came to plug his place and I found this pretty intimidating and he was pretty pushy but in the end I just laid back down and ignored him he soon went away. The food was lovely sometimes a little same old same old but was varied enough the eating areas were main restaurant, snack bar at the pool and snack bar at the beach all clean and all staffed well with lots of smiles. The beach there is a free tractor to the beach but if not walk within 10/15 minutes. The tractor drops you at the under pass where you go down some tiled steps to the tunnel to the beach and there are signs to the dedicated area of the beach where you will find sun lounger with a bit of shade. The beach itself is unloved but that’s by the holidaymakers leaving litter and fag butts even though there are bins everywhere. Whilst bathing a tour guy came trying to sell his trips we explained we wasn’t interested and he wished us a good day and toodled off. Within a five minute walk from the hotel there is an amazing shopping mall where you can shop, eat and drink there is a pharmacy there too. When you find the nova bizarre keep walking around 20 minutes straight there is a market which is high and well stocked. Most shops, bars and restaurants offer a free pick up service so hunt them down on social media before going and then you know where they are to arrange collection.

Good atmposphere, very very nice staff. Rooms are very big for family and airco is working well. Big shower. The food is good but if you are someone thats difficult with trying food than you should get some food outside which is quite cheap. And the dogs are very nice

Pictures on here must be slightly out of date as a few of the areas are different now. There’s a general shop, hairdressers, photographer and a clothes shop on site now. Me and my partner stayed here for a week 1-8th November and really enjoyed it. There is a beach shuttle every 45 mins multiple times a day there and back but it is only a 10min walk away even at a slow pace. The area for the hotels ‘private’ beach has sun beds and shades provided, food like burgers and drinks included and the wifi also works there. Rooms were VERY clean and in the 7 days I think our bedding was changed twice, very good. We had full body massages which were very nice, would recommend. Food is as described ‘Turkish cuisine’. You will not starve by any means even if not the typical breakfast foods. The Snack bar next to the pool was a better option for us for lunch. The Al La carte was closed so cannot comment there. Perhaps because we were there end of season but they ran out of peach schnapps and had no idea when it would be back. The beer was drinkable. I was informed there were no free cocktails included on all inclusive and were 9€. Again, maybe due to the end of the season but the entertainment on the evening was just alright. They had the same singer twice who was a good singer but mostly sang Turkish songs so we personally couldn’t get Involved, obviously great for all the locals that had arrived though. There were some Turkish dancers for an hour another night and the rest was filled with the entertainment guy trying to get people on stage. There were things like pool yoga, some dancing and darts in the day but we just wanted to relax. WiFi is very cheap, worked £9 for 5 days on 2 devices. The only one thing to keep in mind which is nothing on the hotel just flight times, there is the 2hour transfer which meant a 4am pick up time for us on the last day. All in all for the money and going so late in the year, we would recommend and would go back. Maybe just not so late in the year.
