Xafira Deluxe Resort&Spa - Ultra All Inclusive

Just had a one night stay at this hotel and have to say we are very disappointed. It was for my husbands birthday. This was by no means a 5 star hotel. I have stayed in a lot of 5 stars in turkey and this one does not come close. The complex itself is very nice but service is very poor. Not enough staff on each depar**ent. No free Wi-Fi in the rooms. And the food was terrible 😞 I only stayed one night and was sick with stomach cramps all night 😞 We actually left early which I never do !! Also the drinks choice was very poor and not good quality at all 🤷♀️ We went to use the gym at 18.00 to be told that it was closed for the evening ? Why? I would not recommend this hotel and would not Go back.

Amazing for children very good

The place was nice. Good food, helpful and friendly staff, great pool and aquapark. The room was nice and spacious. The animation team was the best, especially Charlie👏🏻👍🏻. There were a lot of fun activities and entertainment programs where everybody could participate It was definitely an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Animation team was best. I was the winner of pool game:) We joined all the entertainment programs. Shows, activities all were amazing.Good hospitality, helpful staff. Delicious foods. This hotel has amazing big pool and aqua park. Pool is so clean and but a little cold.I definitely recommend this hotel.

DO NOT BOOK. I booked this holiday for my family as it came up as a last minute deal. After looking at the pictures, I thought we’d hit the jackpot for the price and we were so excited! Firstly, book a private transfer as the coach will stop at the market for an hour before making its first drop off. After what should’ve been an 1.5 hour drive, taking over 3 hours because of the market stop and the driver constantly turning around because he was going the wrong way, the driver then had the cheek to bully us into giving him a tip. Which would’ve been fine, if he had’ve not faffed about. When we first arrived at the hotel, we were so pleased with first impressions. The lobby was amazing and looks amazing!! The staff came and helped with our luggage and got us checked in instantly. Only thing I can fault with the check in, is after all the travelling, there was no food offered to us as we’d missed the buffet by 30mins and we were not told where anything was. The next morning, we had a walk around and figured out where everything was. There were good market-style shops on the lowest floor which were so good and the shop-keepers were so lovely, cannot fault them. However, there were fights for sunbeds and towels. If we managed to get one, we would come back from the bar and they would’ve been knicked by other people, despite our belongings being there! The pool bar was disgusting! Only one barman there. I understand that they are short staffed so they would’ve been stressed but they were straight up rude! There’s a few food stalls by the pool which you think is great, until you realise you have to pay extra just for a bog-standard ice cream! I don’t even know where to begin with the buffet restaurant…The a la carte restaurants were all closed so all of the hotel guests had to cram into the buffet within only a 2 hour timeframe. People were fighting over the food and the queue just for chips was round the restaurant! Probably because they were the only edible food there! There is no waiter service, you have to stand in another massive queue at the world’s smallest bar just to get a drink in the restaurant. The wine was even served in a plastic disposable cup because they had “run out of glasses”! Not to mention the kitchen workers smoking in the kitchen in-front of the window, in plain sight! The midnight buffet consists of cold, dried out leftovers! The patisserie was awful, a few biscuits being offered. The hotel has far too many guests for their facilities and are severely understaffed!!!!! To sum it all up, it is an absolutely beautiful building with so much potential. However, there is just no effort from the services or the staff members and the service was as low as a 3 star. I can however, praise the activity manager who was so lovely and was the only staff member to make an effort with us. He saw us playing cards one evening and joined in with us and would come and see us everyday and get us involved in the Zumba and the evening entertai

Just retuned from my trip a day ago. If you are planning to go here DO NOT GO. You will be catfished and extremely disappointed. After seeing pictures we were looking forward to going here and had extremely high expectations. When we arrived we had some midnight food as we had a late flight. It was horrific, smelt horrible tasted horrible and just had one option. We decided to give it the benefit of the doubt thinking it would be better the next day but we were wrong. The own chef said that the food is horrific, barely any options and tasted disgusting. It was the same everyday very repetitive. The dessert selection was rubbish, the patisserie and tea room was a joke. Most facilities were closed no indoor pool, gym or a la carte restaurants. Entertainment was rubbish and extremely boring, no activities at the pool apart from the foam party. Service was horrible and had to get your own drinks and no waiter service, waiters asked you to leave the hall and barely let you eat and take your time. Drinks at bar were disgusting to. No good bar service or restaurant service. Cleaning service was also rubbish they gave us dirty stained sheets and the bathroom had stains in shower and sink. When someone complained about their room not getting cleaned they were advised to find a new hotel if they were unhappy. Rubbish service rubbish hotel completely boring, and the most disgusting food. DO NOT BOOK HERE, you will be extremely disappointed.

Qood Qualität hotel for young friends.We stayed here for a week and we really enjoyed.Show programs and daily activities fantastic.Everyday we joined pool games and club dance,really like it..Miran and Charlie was so friendly and helpful.The foods are nice.You can find different types of sweets.Pool and aquapark amazing beautiful.Thanks to all staff for everything..
